Innovation at Boehringer Ingelheim
Klaschka’s presence at Boehringer Ingelheim (BI) was filled with opportunity. He wantedto bring innovation to multiple areas of the company as a way to strengthen the way the companyreaches their goals. Klaschka wanted to change the DNA of BI.
By this, he is implying both organizational and individual behaviors. When first I read this, I was confused because I didn’t truly understand what it meant.
The transformation of physical structure, financial, organizational, leading, coaching, educating, and motivating the staff were a few of the importantparts of the DNA that needed to be considered, (Chandrasekhar, 2015).
One of the ways that Klaschka could work towards changing the DNA of BI would be to employ more skilled and educated employees. This https://www.solvedcollegepapers.com/product/mba-520-mba520-mba-520-eim
