Why Stuff is Rewarding
As a kid, I always wanted more things. I’d want more toys to replace the old ones, or a new video game to experience something new. I never really understood how money worked when I was younger.
I knew you needed it to buy things, but the true meaning of earning and spending money consciously didn’t kick in until I was older and actually had to start earning money for myself to pay for college.
After entering the work force, and with fall semester of the 2018 school year marking the beginning of my first apartment rental experience, I think it is safe to say that I am moving quickly on my way to becoming a full-fledged adult.
