Abstract
If law enforcement learned the skills and techniques that can allow them to intercept deceptive kinesis behavior, then they would be able to differentiate when someone is lying or telling the truth in a forensic setting.
This study will look at how men and women communicate through kinesis – body language during a conversation or in this case interrogation. Analyzing the various body languages that is exhibited when placed inan uncomfortable situation and traits exhibited when lying or withholding the truth.
With proper training and technique provided, can law enforcement truly differentiate through reading someone’s body language reveal if they are withholding the truth and help in the criminal
