DISCOVERED BY: Neighbor AREA OF ORIGIN: Interior of the vehicle PRELIMINARY CAUSE: Arson ASSISTING AGENCIES: ATF FBI MSP OTHER Charles County Sheriff's Office ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: A burning vehicle was discovered by the Charles County Sheriff's Office after receiving a complaint of loud "booms" coming from Stethem Park. Further investigation revealed the vehicle was deliberately set on fire after being taken from a nearby apartment parking lot. The investigation is continuing.
