DISCOVERED BY: Witness NATURE OF SERVICE REQUEST: Detonation of homemade explosive launching device ACTION TAKEN / RESOLUTION: Investigation continuing ASSISTING AGENCIES: ATF FBI MSP OTHER Calvert County Sheriff's Office ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Calvert County's 911 center notified the OSFM of the hand injury which initiated the response. Upon arrival at Calvert Hospital, the injury was found to be the result of a homemade launching device that was constructed and detonated, cuasing the injury to the hand. Crimional follow-up investigation is being conducted.
