INMATE CHARGED FOR FIRE SPRINKLER ACTIVATION CALVERT COUNTY, MD (March 1, 2013) – Deputy State Fire Marshals served a criminal summons today on inmate Anthony Lee Wilmer (21) for intentionally damaging a fire sprinkler in the booking cell of the Calvert County Detention Center located at 325 Stafford Road in Barstow, Maryland. The incident originally occurred at 10:40 p.m. on February 27, 2013. The damage to the fire sprinkler resulted in a false alarm and water damage estimated at $200.00. Wilmer was charged with False Alarm and Malicious Destruction of Property. Conviction of this act may result in penalties of up to 5 years and 2 months additional imprisonment and/or $5,500 in fines.
