DISCOVERED BY: Neighbor AREA OF ORIGIN: Exterior window PRELIMINARY CAUSE: Incendiary ASSISTING AGENCIES: ATF FBI MSP OTHER Charles Sheriff's Office ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The fire was determined to be incendiary. Someone intentionally set combustible materials on fire at the exterior of the kitchen window to the apartment. A neighbor discovered the fire, alerted the tenant and they both extinguished the fire before notifying authorities. There were no injuries as a result of the fire.
