ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The incident occurred Friday evening, September 5, 2014 and the juvenile was subsequently charged on Monday, September 8, 2014. A 16 year old juvenile was charged with False Fire Alarm, Malicious Destruction of Property and Reckless Endangerment after he intentionally broke a sprinkler head located in his room at the Cheltenham Youth Facility.
