DISCOVERED BY: Passer By AREA OF ORIGIN: 2nd Floor Closet PRELIMINARY CAUSE: Incendiary ASSISTING AGENCIES: ATF FBI MSP OTHER ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: A passer by traveling Old Washington Road noticed smoke and flames coming from the vacant house located at 2565 Old Washington Road. Once the fire department responded they were able to extinguish the fire located on the 2nd floor. This is the 2nd fire discovered in the vacant house within the week. The investigation is ongoing.
