Sheriff's Office ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: On February 26, 2015 a citizen traveling on Bel-Alton Newtowne Road noticed a car in a field and on fire. The Bel-Alton VFD and the Sheriff's Office responded to the scene and requested the State Fire Marshal's Office. Investigation revealed that the car belongs to a Mr. Derrick Smith of Waldorf.
