Foaming production process where PU panel is formed by injecting chemicals between metal skins and let PU cure under high pressure
Polyurethane Panels : Foamed-in-place
High pressure applied during curing results in high density PU panel, with high structural property and high insulation value. PU foam is bonded with the metal skins to form a rigid panel, suitable for coldroom panel.
Polyurethane Panels : Specifications • Average density 38 - 40 kgs./cu.m. (2.37 – 2.50 lbs / cu.ft.) • 97% closed cell structure • Thermal conductivity (K factor) is not more than 0.019 kcal / mhºC (or 0.15 Btu.in / ft2 hºF)
• R-value approximately 6.20 per inch • Fire safety UL 94 Flame Class:HBF rating. • Panels are grooved every 5 inches to increase structural strength.

Floor Concrete floor panel: For coldroom with concrete floor, bare PU is used as floor insulation. Wall panels are installed using U channel which is anchored to the floor. Moisture barriers are applied to the floor before installing floor insulation (bare PU). Reinforced concrete (by others) is poured on top of the insulation.
Lock & Gasket Eccentric locks: Panels are joined together with Eccentric Locks. Panel joints are available with Tongue & Groove or Butt joints. All wall, ceiling and floor panels are assembled together using cam type locking device (speed locks) to anchor panels together, for ease of dismantle incase of moving or dimension change. Locking devices are spaced at every 400 mm for ceiling or floor panels at the corner joints and every 800 mm for wall on the flat joints.
Lock & Gasket Panel gasket: is factory installed on the panel during panel fabrication, to further seal panels for any irregular gaps and prevent any cold leakage without using of sealant. The gasket is made of closed-cell polyethylene foam.
Plastic protective film is applied to all panels to prevent scratches. It is to be removed after installation

Accessories Heater Mat Controller • Two sets of heater is used, one is used as a spare. • The system consists of heater wire, sensor, controller and a low voltage transformer. • The controller regulates power to the heater wire to keep the floor at an optimum temperature to prevent condensation.
Accessories Ramp • For cold room without recessed floor, the finished floor is higher than the existing floor.
