WORLD REMNANT ADMINISTRATION
The World Remnant Conference (WRC) is our greatest event, our holiday. It is the conference where all the Remnants, all our families gather. Since the field is filled with things that are lost, abandoned, and in need of healing, the things that only the next generation (Remnants) can do are left ahead of us. Therefore, the Remnants must arise and challenge towards them. The time has come to challenge towards: 1. evangelism welfare for the welfare which has lost hold of its recipients 2. evangelism NGO for the NGO which is oblivious to the hidden problems of the recipient nation 3. preparation for the 90% of the individuals, nations, and churches which are dependent 4. evangelism-culture that will save the culture that has fallen over to the 3 organizations and religions 5. evangelism-culture and multiethnic evangelism to save the next generation (TCK) of 3rd world countries 6. the evangelization of the North Korean defectors and North Korea to correct the longstanding idealogical diseases of the North Korean defectors 7. the healing ministry to heal the chronic diseases of poverty of the common people, the spiritual diseases of the intellectuals, the diseases of the heart, mental illness, and life diseases of this age.
This work can only be done by those who know the Gospel and skill, spirituality and intellect, and the true success which lies behind success. Since a lot of preparation is needed, God is calling the Remnants. I invite all the Remnants, all the parents, all the evangelists to this field. World Evangelization Senior Board President Rev. Remnant Leader Retreat Date July 25 (Tue) 1pm ~ July 28 (Fri) 12pm, 2017 / 4 days Place Immanuel (Kyungin) Church Eligible attendees Remnants from each nation with approval by the World Remnant Administration • Korea - 9th grade and above 1) Passed 1st level camp training (Jr. High/Sr. High camp training) or enrolled in Evangelism Institute (leave of absence and graduates included) 2) Experience as team leader at least once at respective missions department retreat • Overseas – Upcoming 9th grade and above 1) Passed 1st level camp training (Jr. High/Sr. High camp training) 2) Experience as team leader at least once at respective country’s Remnant Conference (If your nation does not have its own Remnant conference, you must receive recommendation from the World Remnant Administration.)

Please confirm • You cannot register for only the Leader Retreat. • Only those who register in advance can participate in the Leader Retreat. (Registration is non-transferable and there is no walk-in registration). • Lodging will be at designated stay locations and other accommodations. • Pastoral ministers and their wives may audit the Leader Retreat messages. Registration fee is 100,000won and only seating will be provided. (Walk-in registration/seating assigned on first-come first-serve basis)

can make inquiries to the conference situation room. 4) Group B attendees who are attending with a Group C Remnant must provide information regarding the accompanying Remnant when they register online. • C (Accompanying children) 1) Group C attendees cannot participate by themselves. They must be accompanied by a guardian (parent). 2) There is a small registration free for Remnants born between 2005 ~ 2013 and they will be provided with seating meals, (lunch, dinner) during the conference. There is no registration fee for Remnants born in or after 2014 and they will not be provided with seating or meals during the conference. 3) If the guardian has applied for lodging, breakfast, and transportation, then their accompanying Group C Remnant must pay the extra registration fee as well. (Please refer to the registration fee information table) 4) If their guardian wants, 5th and 6th grade (born in 2005, 2006) Remnants who have requested lodging can join Group A attendees and receive team assignment. 5) Children not accompanied by their own parents must have written consent from their parents and their senior pastor. register online 01 Register online at www.rutc.com. 02 If you want to attend the Leader Retreat and the World Remnant Conference, select Leader Retreat + World Remnant Conference from the registration page (You do not need to register separately for the World Remnant Conference).
03 If you want to attend only the World Remnant, select World Remnant Conference from the registration page. 1) When you register, there will be a “verification by personal email” process, complete this step then complete your registration. 2) Please fill in all the required fields in the registration form. After completing your registration, you can confirm your registration confirmation and virtual

How to
make payments 01 Make payments for the Leader Retreat and the World Remnant Conference to the personal virtual account assigned to you when you completed your online registration. (Choose one from KEBhana Bank, Kookmin Bank, Nonghyub Bank, Shinhan Bank)
(The virtual account will be different from the one assigned to you in 2016)
02 You can confirm your virtual account and your payment status from the “my registration” menu on the registration page.
03 If you are paying from the United States by check or money order, please select US payment (Remnant Ministry) in the payment method when you register.
04 If you reside overseas, and it is difficult for you to use the virtual account, please contact the conference situation room. 05 Conference registration is complete only after you register online and make your payment in full. Paying in installments Your registration fee can be made in installments up to the payment deadline for your registration period. Seating will be assigned from the day your payment reaches 100,000 won. * If payment is not completed by the end of the 2nd period, your registration will be considered incomplete and will be refunded to you according to the refund policy after the conference. (Please refer to the refund policy)
Discounts for families with more than 2 participants Discounts are available for families with more than 2 participants. A 5% discount of the total registration fee for all participants will be given. You must first make the full initial payment and the discount will be refunded to you. You must provide proof of family relation by fax or email in order to receive this discount. (family registry, copy of account for receiving the refund) and also provide a copy of the account, to which you would like the refund to be sent, by email or fax. (Fax. 070-7159-2260 / E-mail: remnant@rutc.com) • Document deadline: July 11 (Tue) 6pm • This discount is applicable only to families who have made the full initial payment and turned in all documents by the deadline. • Please note that this refund is not available after the deadline.
Registration transfer information If you would like to transfer your completed registration to another person after the registration deadline, please contact the registration situation room (fees may apply). Any complications that arise from transferring registrations without the knowledge
of the situation room are solely the responsibility of the involved parties. • Transfer fee – by July 6 (Thu): free / by July 14 (Fri): 50,000 won / from July 15 (Sat): non-transferable
Refunds Payments are non-refundable but exceptions can be made for special cases. Please inquire to the situation room and refund will be determined according to the refund policy.
