BACK TO 1942 RENOVATION OF THE USED CERAMIC FACTORY
This design is related to the emotional design of the famous architect Wei Na, trying to create an experience in time and space. The design process subverted the previous way of thinking, starting from the sensibility, finding the entry point from the intuitive feeling (flashback; confused; Peaceful), and using scene thinking to narrate the experience, establishing the emotional connection between the architectural space and the human.

Gustav Klimt's fresco Beethoven Frieze expresses the story of weak human beings who, with the help of knights, jointly fight against the evil forces in prison and family move towards the "ideal country". The "Peace Factory" of the project is located in Deir ALBelleh Province in the Gaza Strip 50 years later. This is a huge wetland caused by rising sea levels. The plant is trying to establish trade and industrial substitutes between Gaza and Israel by using desalination and other natural resources to achieve cooperation and a win-win situation between them. Temporarily reduce the burdan of war.

FOREST INVASION PLAN
Research Into Artificial Intelligence & The Central Business District
The word “utopia” has been closely associated with the topic of the urban development since its inception in 1516 (Chenzhaoup, 2011), the “ecotopia (ecological utopia)” of which is about the relationship between humans and nature.
The objective of this study is to introduce a natural ecosystem, thereby enabling nature to guide humans to inhabit the city. It repositions man’s position in ecology, and explores man’s “ecological niche” from the perspective of biological species “niche”. Under the background of vacancy phenomenon in cities caused by health problems and environmental issues which allows for an exploration of “forest invasion plan”, the design is based on the understanding of the urban forestry and the evolution of the forest ecosystem, using the forest as a carrier. Computation is used as a way to simulate and predict how the forest erodes buildings. This then in turn offers the possibility for design speculation in an opposite fashion to greenwashing of architecture. Here the function of architecture is abandoned to completely give way to natural development, after which design can be applied to it for exploration of reinhabiting an urban landscape that has been turned into nature.
Different from the previous practice of adding nature to the city, designing an ecotopia city aims to create a brand-new lifestyle and a better environment for human and nature in the information age. These results will also provide an introduction and guide to the construction of an ideal city.

This project is at the planning stage.
The application site is a corner site at the junction of Northen Relief Road (A124) and Wakering Road. It consists in a L-shape part-three and part-four storey office block with pitched roof. It was used as offices, but it is currently vacant.
The proposal is to demolish the existing building and redevelop the site into a mixed-use development. Currently, there are 2 schemes: co-living, built-torent, which are running parael.
I did the drawings of built-to-rent scheme according to the London Plan requirement and the elevation design, built 3D models for 2 schemes, rendering and Design Access Statements.

Single Family House Conversion
This project is a single family house conversion. It is now under construction and will be finished in November. The proposed works are: Formation of new Front Porch, Convert exisitng garage into habitable room First floor rear extension over the existing G/F rear extension with new pitch roof over, new rear dormer window and new 5nos roof windows Convert the loft space into habitable rooms, Internal Alteration.
I did the bathroom layout options for the client to choose from, construction details and went to the site.

Gathering Under Eaves
Single Family House Conversion
The original market in the center of the community is a steel structure greenhouse, and the crowd gathered here are mainly middle-aged and elderly people. The facilities at the current venue cannot meet the needs of community activities. Only the elderly concentrate their activities, and over time, the elderly group will form an isolated island, and it is difficult to have a close connection with the community.
There are a lot of space under the eaves of the sloping roof in traditional houses, which accommodate the daily communication and life of Chengdu people. Therefore, the space under the eaves is the space element that needs to be emphasized in this design.

Shennong Lake Tourism Area
The Shennong Lake area of Changzhi City is located along the Zhangze Lake, and the south side of the site is located in the green corridor of the wetland landscape. The urban design should ensure the continuity of the east-west corridor and the continuity of the north-south green space.
We rely on the existing landscape and green vegetation resources, combined with the urban road traffic network, to create an ecological green network system. The building complex is nestled among the treelined lawns, fresh and quiet.
In this project, participated in the design of entertainment and commercial areas. Work includes concept generation, model building, and masterplan drawing.
