Spiritual Cinema Circle-My Review-

Spiritual Cinema Circle – My Review

This past Friday night, I sat down with my husband at our usual restaurant for “date night” and later came home to watch a movie. We usually end up renting movies at Blockbuster. And of course, it’s trial and error. Some movies are really good and some are just really bad. This weekend though, we sat down to watch the films from Spiritual Cinema Circle. I remember seeing them on the internet and being really curious about what they were all about. I remember thinking, wow that would be awesome if I could watch a movie that is guaranteed to be of quality and give me that “feel good” feeling I crave from every movie I watch. My theory is life is too short to watch negativity on television. Besides, if I want to watch something negative, I don’t go out and buy it when I can just turn on the local news! The Spiritual Cinema Circle features movies that “inspire and entertain” including independent features, comedies, shorts, and documentaries. My Review of Spiritual Cinema Circle In my opinion, I can tell you that Spiritual Cinema Circle delivers exactly what it claims to do. The DVD that I received had three short films and one long featured film titled The Cake Eaters. I watched The Cake Eaters and The Wishing Well. I also watched several commentaries that were part of the DVD featuring an actor that produced one of the films and a longtime customer who’s been buying these films since the very beginning of the company over five years ago. Each DVD includes a different documentary featuring different special guests. Both were very good and really positive movies with a surprising plot. The girl from Twilight was actually on The Cake Eaters so I was very surprised to see that. (I haven’t seen Twilight yet and have been told I’m very uncool by a couple of 12 year old friends of the family already!) It was a very nice way to spend a Friday evening with my husband; watching a very

heartwarming and inspiring movie. It was also great because it gave us a lot to talk about and actually gave us the opportunity to bond even more. In my opinion, watching these types of movies with your spouse, children, other family members, and friends provides a very good conversation starter for topics that we don’t usually tend to talk about. We may not talk about these things because we are just too shy to bring up, or are apprehensive to bring them up worrying that we might perhaps offend the other person or make them feel uncomfortable… or we just don’t even think about these things during our daily grinds. I think Spiritual Cinema Circle is a really good service that will hopefully inspire other movie makers and producers to make positive and uplifting movies. It’s unfortunate that negativity and violence sells so much! Yet, its really refreshing to have people like the producers and film makers from Spiritual Cinema Circle be the trailblazers in what will hopefully be the beginning of a new trend of more uplifting, positive, and enlightening spiritual videos and spiritual dvds that we can enjoy. If you are interested in watching spiritual movies that inspire your spiritual mind, are emotionally and psychologically positive and uplifting, push you out of your boundaries and help you see life from another point of view by stepping into someone else’s shoes for a couple of hours, Spiritual Cinema Circle can be the right thing for you. These movies enhance your mind and heart in making you actually think about what is important in life other than our daily jobs, commute, errands, and all the other stuff we occupy ourselves with on a daily basis.
