Real estate developer Delhi Infratech is moving its existing home buyers of its project Delhi Gate, a project situated in the delayed L Zone of Delhi, to a new residential project being developed in Chanchal Park Colony, Najafgarh Road. The developer cites the delay in implementation of Land Pooling Policy (LPP) by Delhi government as the major reason behind the move.Company expected that the policy will be notified in at least six months from the time regulations were approved, however, because of the centre and state tussle, the policy has been delayed for long.LPP was approved in the year 2013 and regulations were approved in May 2015. Since then not much has been done on ground.
