The Government along with the Revanta Group Announced the Officers Awas Yojna We all are very well aware that how our central government is working. At the same time, we all know that how our honorable prime Minister announced the commencement of Officers Awas Yojna in a press release.
The Prime Minister, along with some private sector companies have come out with this great initiative and a promising step has been taken towards providing the pucca houses to the maximum number of people. The Officers Awas Yojana thus was formed and is expected to be completed by the end of the year 2022.This mission is not only for the officers or “adhikari� but also is aimed to benefit the larger section of our society those are the lower income group of people.
However, the officers, the public servants and all those who fall into the “lower income group� can avail the benefit of purchasing a house at an affordable price. The government is also giving a subsidy of Rs. 1 Lakhs to those who cannot even afford this. This mission is to provide housing and sanitation facilities to all, including both public and private sectors. The Revanta Officers Boulevard has taken this initiative along with the government.
The humongous increasing prices of houses in Delhi/NCR region and many other cities/states have made the government think about this and have forced them to take a stern step for all those who cannot afford to buy such highly priced flats/houses. The government has asked the private companies for the draft of the floor plan and the payment plan. This has already been finalized by the government. People can now obtain the forms and get themselves registered under this scheme at a very affordable price.
The officer’s Awas Yojna or the Adhikari Awas Yojna is the most important step taken by our government to solve the housing problem for many. This project has proved to be an advancement for our economy as well.
