INSIDE community centre in southwark area university of westminster location: union street, SE1 year: 2014-15 first real design challenge. response to the brief started with detailed analysis of local community and surrounding architecture. arrangement of spaces and passive design strategy were explored through drawing and physical model. further development of technical solutions altered initial design and allowed better understanding of building’s functionality.
INSIDE artist residence for tate modern university of westminster location: great guildford street, SE1 year: 2015-16 the main challenge was to solve difficult relationships between private and public spaces that could also change their function throughout the year. the search for the right combination included visits to existing galleries, understanding of how artists work in their studios and how visitors experience art allowed to generate form that was explored further through section and technical analysis.
WITHIN office for internet technology company yandex ind architects location: moscow year: 2016 contribution: development of the concept, objects’ forms, floor plan design proposal was developed under high time pressure and included intense personal output as well as teamwork collaboration. the challenge was to correctly articulate the idea from which specific shapes can be generated to create the right environment for technology geeks. at the same time, it became a learning platform for understanding ergonomics of the space.

EVERYWHERE observatory young architects competition location: roccascalegna, italy year: 2017 Â Â taking competition brief to create an independent project was aimed at developing personal skills. unlike previous work, location on masterplan had to be carefully analysed. solar study, historical research of the area and local folklore were translated into atmospheric watercolour drawings. such approach was taken to try creating architecture that enhances the awe for nature.
EVERYWHERE to(gather) aa visiting school moscow location: shabalovka, moscow year: 2017 contribution (work in team of two): development of the brief, urban strategy and architectural form, collage and masterplan graphics   project had no initial brief and had to be proposed on an urban scale. it was triggered by the recent law that prohibited public gatherings and discussion of politics in russia. analysis of shabolovka area showed premises for such public space. being a metaphor for revolution, to(gather) is covering the governmental prison building as a symbol of real human connection and power.
EVERYWHERE error 101 university of westminster year: 2018 Â Â proposal for burning man art honoraria program. the project was successful in the first stage after the submission of the letter of intent. the following full grant proposal included construction program and detailed project budget. safety procedures and engineering strategies were also considered after consulting an engineer and professional boat builders. design was developed through digital experimentations in rhino+grasshopper.
EVERYWHERE water beatle university of westminster year: 2018 tiny house design was developed through a technique-led design. properties of bent plywood were tested through physical experiments and digital simulations in grasshopper. a potential site was found next to regent’s canal and modelled using 3d scanning technique.
