Encore means a re-performance by audience. This project re-named it as “IN-CORE. The connection between a performer and the audience can move or touch their heart to share something special. That one drop causes many wavelengths to the surface where it falls, from the core of the surface. Also, the wavelengths become wider as they spread, and around the core would be more dense. The idea of the design is a harmony with two different cultural/trendy elements together. As the project is for elderly people living in South Korea, lots of design elements Involve natural materials, which can be seen in Korean traditional house. But for adding functional features through the space, natural materials will be harmonized with modern materials, which can be shown on color schemes and textures. 44
