Every MC TN form will be posted in the iGIP group. If an LC wants to take it, it should bid for it with a simple proposal. 1. HR allocation to TN ( How many Hours is he/she contributing to match every day)
2. Matching efficiency (How many available form do you have now? How’s your matching efficiency this term? How many country partnership are you delivering now?How do you select for your TN?
We can deliver the WHOLE TN Fee to LC if there is a perfect delivery!

Every MC TN form is based on the proper sales and expectation from the company. We shall build an effective financial model to motivate LC to improve their delivery capacity!
