Conspiracy Theories – Important Points to Know Conspiracy is a term to refer to a secret planning with others to carry out anything unlawful or wrong. The term is taken from the Latin con+ spire, which means to ‘breathe together.’ How does a conspiracy approach about? A group of people assemble and decide to do anything that they know they cannot tell others about as it is either beside the law or wrong. Actions are illegal or wrong as they do harm to others. The perpetrators find whatever measures essential to hide from their fellow human beings, their accountability for their actions and the inspirations for them. This is generally achieved by the disguise of data or disseminsation of false data and can end in somebody other than the real guilty party getting the blame. Sometimes, the conspirators additional cover their tracks by influencing, paying, intimidating, duping or ordering other people or groups to engage in the illegal acts on their behalf.
