There are several special as well as day to day life occasions and events where a number of people gather at a common place. It may be an assembly for some special announcement, conference, and any special event like a wedding reception or a dance show and so on. In these cases the number of people that are about to arrive are not always limited or predictable. For these special events and gatherings halls are rented or booked. A hall is large building with sufficient space and facilities. A hall is often led by a corridor which takes you to the inside of the hall. A hall is specifically booked for the gathering of large number of guests. There is a special hall for every event. Not all the events use the same hall. Types of hall and its uses: As mentioned above there is a special hall for each kind of event. A wedding may use a different hall while a conference meeting may use another kind. These buildings or spots may also be called as event centers. Sometimes these centers may be an open space or lawn decorated for a wedding reception, dance party and so on. But mostly these are largely spaced buildings with chandeliers and even rooms for personal use of the guests. For conferences and formal meetings, the hall is more formal.  An event hall is always designed to put up with a good number of people. Due to this reason they are always constructed with a lot of space and with the idea that it can be decorated when required.  An assembly hall is like a function hall. It is a large room that is designed to hold public meetings or meetings of special organizations, church or schools.  Function halls are also referred to as banquet halls. These kinds of center are used for hosting special functions like wedding reception, banquets or meals and birthday parties.  Conference halls also called the meeting rooms are specifically provided and made for formal purposes of meetings and conferences. It is not designed to hold hundreds of guests but they are more like spacious corridors for employees to sit in a way that makes the meeting convenient.


All the above mentioned rooms like the banquet room, wedding reception hall, meeting room and so on are provided by big hotels. A separate room is made in major hotels for conference purposes and a large hall is made for wedding and social gathering purposes. Renting an event spot: Event hall rental is very frequent these days. Most of the people in the contemporary days want a big and royal celebration of their events. A hall is what fulfills this purpose. Renting a hall is not is big deal. A hall can be booked online too or by visiting a company that deals with providing such event rooms. They not only provide you the room but also make the arrangements for your event by consulting with event planners and experts. In the same way for a conference, the meeting room service providers offer meals and beverages and other requirements. The online method of advanced booking has made it easier to rent and book it beforehand without going anywhere. Lawns are also very frequently used spots or centers for the purpose of wedding reception, anniversary celebration or birthday party celebration. Lawns are open space which mostly have grass and are beautifully lighted and decorated for special occasions. The prices vary according to the sizes, gathering and the services the customer demands for.
