Influenced by the environmental constraints due to COVID-19, this work conveys miniature versions of myself within and around the spaces of my house to explore the confined or solitary spaces we occupy. The dollhouse aesthetic of the images acts as a sanctuary for me to transform my own fantasia into a reality that is bizarre, uncanny yet also humorous. In a way, this work is an ode to escapism in a time where fantasy is much more desirable than reality.
