Brief/Session/Document Title James Maxwell Architecture Brief Develop a range of branded print and digital product outcomes to promote the practice and design portfolio of Cardiff School of Art & Design BA (Hons) Interior Architecture student, James Maxwell. Background / Considerations - Potential design processes and outcomes - Research existing Architectural branding (both qualified and student- Architects/Architectural Assistants) and create a SWOT analysis of James’ contemporaries - Research James’ existing design portfolio and appropriate means of branding and visual communication through both print and digital design outcomes - Time management through a live brief with personal deadlines (for James) - Consider appropriate means of promotion for the industry (web/print/networking, etc.) - Budget (may effect quality/quantity of outcomes produced) - Audience to which the branding will be seen/sent (Architectural practices/future employers, etc.) Mandatory Requirements - Discuss deliverable specifications - Consider budget limitations - Create schedule/plan for required product outcomes - Research the industry (branding) and the client’s contemporaries
