EarApps
In collaboration with Christian Guyard BRIEF : Creating a sound detection app to improve deaf and partially deaf people’s daily life. WORKSHOP SESSION : Alice Ahond / Valentin Sarazin / Me April 17th, 18th and 19th 2013
Insight Deafness is the most common disability in France with 4 million people concerned
Analysis
We researched existing products, products and interface trends and had a discussion with a partially deaf person to understand his needs.
There are two kinds of products : one designed for the partially deaf, which amplifies sound. The other, designed for the deaf, emits light and therefore can only be used in one room at the time.

The global packaging has the same logic as the chocolates, with a red wrapping which protects them during manipulations.

Just like a puzzle, all chocolates have a square to be stored in. Each chocolate has its own shape.

All chocolates a re inserted into one another to be in balance and make a structure for events.
Balance Construction
To convey a message, you can write on the packaging. I imagined t hat f or C hristmas, Easter or f or a b irthday f or example, you can have particular packagings with messages according to the celebration.
