While many technology and software development companies opt for neutral or primary colors to represent their brand, Portiko opted for vibrants. As a selfdescribed agile and cutting edge firm, the color scheme needs to represent that tone and vision. The vibrants are a play on the primaries chosen by Google and Microsoft, but they are eye catching and distinctive. The goal was to set Portiko apart from the crowd.
Fonts
The header font matches the primary logo font. It was selected because of its visual-likeness to the typeface in many coding platforms. It is easy to read and scales well.

Code Saver should be used for all titles, subtitles, headers, and subheaders.
Helvetica Light was chosen for the body text. It is a common web font and translates between print and web environments. The light version contrasts well with the heavier weights of Code Saver, while still creating a cohesive appearance overall.
