Bacon Wrapped Filet Mignon 4 Bacon wrapped filet mignon from Kelly’s Butcher Shop & Deli (See ad and coupon on page 5) Generous amount of Grunt Rub Seasoning from Code 3 BBQ Supply (See ad and coupon on page 13) Heat grill to 450 F. Generously season both sides of the filets with Grunt Rub Seasoning. Place filets on direct heat. Cook for 7 mins, then turn and cook another 7 mins. If the filets require additional cook time, move them to the indirect heat to finish cooking. (Note, bacon must be cooked thru.) Let rest for 10 mins, then enjoy. Serve with side of asparagus or green beans.

cups strawberries, sliced cups blackberries cups blueberries tablespoons lemon juice tablespoons cornstarch cups flour teaspoon baking powder teaspoon salt cup butter, softened cups brown sugar teaspoons vanilla extract nonstick cooking spray ice cream
Heat oven to 350 F. In large bowl, mix strawberries, blackberries and blueberries then add lemon juice and cornstarch; mix to combine. Refrigerate 20 minutes. In medium bowl, whisk flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside. In bowl of stand mixer, beat butter, brown sugar and vanilla extract on medium speed until blended. Gradually add flour mixture until crumbles form. Spray 9-by-13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Pour berries into bottom of dish. Top berries with crumbles.
