Jason Armit (Fight Director) is a Fight Director/Certified Teacher with the Society of American Fight Directors and holds a BFA in Performance from the University of Southern Mississippi. Previously at FSU: The Ruby Sunrise, Sweet Charity, Cinderella , and As You Like It . Professional Theatres: Alliance Theatre (Atlanta, GA), Alabama Shakespeare Festival (Montgomery, AL), Utah Shakespeare Festival (Cedar City, UT), among others. Other universities: University of Georgia (Athens, GA), University of South Carolina (Columbia, SC), and Auburn University (Auburn, AL), among others.
Andrea Ball (Scenic Design) was born and raised in Texas, received a BFA in Theatrical Design and Technology at Texas State University, and earned an MFA in Scenic Design at Indiana University. Credits at basecoatstudios.com/ scenic-design
Zach Cramer (Sound Designer) is the Sound Designer for the SOT at FSU. Over the past twenty-five years, he has designed over 100 productions including The Who’s Tommy, Peter Pan, Ragtime, Seussical the Musical, Nine (winner 2008 FTC, 2009 SETC and advanced to national AACT), Titanic, The Producers, Spamalot, Hedda Gabler, Addams Family, Beauty and the Beast, Hairspray, and In The Heights.
Matthew Cleveland (Deck Stage Manager) is a Sophomore BA Theatre major from Pembroke Pines, FL. Previous credits include Cinderella (Fly Rail Operator), Sweet Charity (Carpenter), and Men On Boats (Carpenter). He thanks his family and Reed Worrell.
Elena Dibbs (Deck Stage Manager) is a sophomore BA Theatre major from Tampa, FL. Previous credits include Parscription (Stage Manager) and Holy Inappropriate (Stage Manager), as well as Chlorine (Lightboard Operator) and Cinderella (Spot Operator). Charlotte Ennen (Choreographer) is a sophomore Music Theatre major from Norfolk, VA. Previous credits include Sweet Charity (Charity), Cinderella (Ensemble), and Newsies (Jojo). She thanks Rouba, the Music Theatre faculty, her family, friends, the cast, and the crew!
Emma Kate Farlow (Assistant Choreographer) is a freshman Music Theatre major from Texas and Georgia. Previous credits include Dragons Love Tacos (Blue Dragon), On the Town (Ivy Smith), and Seussical the Musical (Dance Captain). She would like to thank her parents and sisters for all their support.
Hannah Fazio (Intimacy Coordinator) is a Ph.D. candidate from small-town Minnesota. Previous intimacy credits include Bulrusher , Something Rotten!, The Ruby Sunrise , Sweet Charity , A Town Divided, and more. Thanks to the ensemble and production team for allowing her to be part of such a lovely show.
Ahon Gooptu (Dramaturg) is a final year MA student in Theatre and Performance Research from Kolkata, India. Recent dramaturgy/ playwriting credits include Sweet Charity, Labor Day Reunion, and Seasons of Love ; acting credits include As You Like It (Jaques) and AMEND (Demetrius). He holds a BA in Theatre and English from Grinnell College and has trained at the National Theater Institute. He thanks Rouba and the team for their collaboration and his Side B family for helping him grow everyday.
Madeline Hull (Stage Manager) is a senior BA Theatre major from Orlando, FL. Previous credits include Men On Boats (Assistant Stage Manager) and Into the Woods (Stage Manager). She would like to thank the entire cast and crew, her family, and Skylar Ramsey!
Chris Moeggenberg (Deck Stage Manager) is a junior BA Theatre major from Ft. Myers, FL. Previous credits include FSU’s Dragons Love Tacos (Deck Stage Manager), FSU’s Cinderella (Assistant Stage Manager), and Opera Theatre of Saint Louis’ Harvey Milk (Deck Crew). They would like to thank their friends and family for their continued support!
Payton Nugent (Technical Director) is a secondyear MFA Technical Production graduate student from Raleigh, NC. This is his first production as Technical Director. Previous FSU credits include Assistant Technical Director roles for Sweet Charity and As You Like It. He would like to especially thank Liz, Mark, Hunter, and Onyx for their support throughout his education.
Rouba Palmer (Director) is a Lebanese-born Australian in her final year of the MFA in Directing program. Rouba has written, directed, performed, and produced theatre since 2007. During her time at FSU, she has taught Creative Improv, Commedia dell-Arte, and Directing 1. Some of her directorial achievements at FSU include The Lesson, The Human Circus, and AMEND for ‘Shakespeare Shorts’. Rouba is also the 2021 recipient of the SETC Leighton M. Ballew Directing Scholarship.
