I share because I once was so overwhelmed by what to feed my baby. I didnt know that rice cereal wasnt really the perfect first food? Well I am going to break it all down. All this information is straight from my nutritionist who has worked closely with my family to help us reach health & healing. I have kept things SIMPLE in this cookbook & only gave you a few recipes because I believe the greatest way to change is not overnight, but with small, sustainable steps. My two oldest children used to be chronically constipated & so irritable & my daughter who is now two has been the most incredible eater thanks to nourshing foods like these recipes below. I genuinely hope this helps you & your family!


NOURISHING

bone broth

ingredients: a whole chicken

instructions: step one: place veggies in the bottom of crockpot followed by the chicken. Step two: add water & garlic cloves & cover & set on low for 16-36 hours *side note your house will smell amazing. Step three: remove chicken & veggie scraps & use fine mesh strainer to strain the broth & then place in mason jars

meat paste

ingredients: 2 lbs of organic, grass fed beef

4 oz of organic, grass fed cow liver 4 TBLS of organic ghee

instructions:

step one: the night before soak oats,

water, vinegar & sea salt in bowl covered overnight Step two: in the morning strain oatmeal & set aside. preheat over at 375 degrees F. Step three: In a separate bowl combine egg, cinnamon, fruit, maple syrup, butter, milk, & collagen & mix together. add oatmeal & transfer into a 9x13 dish. Step four: Bake for 35-45 minutes. Enjoy out of oven or even use for the week will keep for 4 days in the fridge. NOMADIC

mushed avocado

ingredients: a handful of strawberries or

instructions: step one: place all ingredients in blender & pulse until smooth

Step two: drink up! or even double & freeze into nourishing popsicles for your kiddos!

egg yolks

ingredients: 6 organic pasture raised eggs 1 cup of cheese of choice

instructions: Step one: preheat oven to 425 & line pan with bacon & cook until crispy & then turn oven down to 400 Step two: combine all ingredients besides bacon in a bowl; when bacon is done cooking chop & add to egg mixture. Step three: grease cupcake pan & fill 6 up with egg mixture

8 slices of bacon 1/2 cup of veggies of choice salt, pepper, & seasoning of choice

Step four: Bake for 12-15 minutes. Allow to cool & then serve. NOMADIC

banana pancakes ingredients: 2 large eggs

2 medium bananas 2 Tablespoons peanut butter 1 teaspoon baking powder *makes 10 small panackes can be doubled & frozen for later

instructions: Step one: preheat a large frying pan or griddle. Step two: place all ingredients into a blender & pulse until smooth;while blending lightly grease frying pan Step three: pour about 3T of batter onto griddle & fry until you see bubbles forming & flip cook for 1-3 minutes total. (Repeat until batter is gone) Step four: Serve with peanut butter, honey or maple syrup & butter. NOMADIC
