2023 has been an exciting year so far! I’ve set many goals for myself along with actionable steps to take to achieve them So far I’m proud to say I’m staying on track to achieving many of these goals by my desired time. It’s taken a lot of work and discipline, but I’m determined to see them through.

Share with the audience what is next for you as an individual and what is next for your business?

As my own brand, I have so many things I’m looking to accomplish and grow in. For my business, my team and I are working very hard to expand our team even stronger and continue to break our sales records month by month

How do you continue to stay motivated and keep things fresh in your business?

I believe motivation is intrinsic! My motivation comes from the inspiration I receive from seeing and knowing what’s possible on this journey and industry It’s not always easy, but when you have clear and concise goals, staying motivated will come along with your push to meet those goals! Keeping things fresh means staying on top of your game and always being a student of your field. I should never feel like there’s nothing more to learn or study.

Do you have any new products or services launching this Summer or Fall that we can be excited about?

We are midway into 2023 have you been able to achieve a portion of your goals that you set for you and your business this year? Please tell us more.

Yes, we have made awesome progress into this year so far by adding to our internal team and partnerships to enhance our scaling capabilities We have added onto our operational teams streamline our Backoffice workflows as well as increased our reach by adding additional partnerships and acquisitions of companies.

Share with the audience what is next for you as an individual and what is next for your business?

Whats next as an individual is always to maintain my personal and professional boundaries, so the 2 maintain their respective lanes. Self care to me means making it clear where the lines are drawn between business and personal and keeping those lines of communication transparent Next for our business, is to continue to scale our operations into other marketing to increase our visibility into the areas of safety and security around educational and corporate office environments. We plan on educating both those marketing more to make them very aware of their options concerning the current state of our world and how they better protect their environments, staffers, and students.

How do you continue to stay motivated and keep things fresh in your business?

We continue to stay on top of our game by partnering with leading organizations and companies on the cusp of risk mitigation, safety and security, as we definitely feel we can accomplish more together in partnership than in opposition We continue to speak across the country to educational institutions, the corporate community, and keep our ear to the ground of the latest governmental changes, so we know how to adapt to changing trends.

Do you have any new products or services launching this Summer or Fall that we can be excited about?

Yes we are definitely excited about 2 areas in particular #1, our new partnership agreement with CDC for risk mitigation staffing domestically, to answer the call in medical staffing shortages across the country, and #2 our new arm of educational and office environmental safety training This new division in safety and security will focus on active shooter training and hardening our structures to protect persons unaware of impending danger

The first quarter of 2023 has definitely been a very busy one for me I have been able to accomplish multiple goals but there is still work to be done. April is on the way out and there will be lots of traveling with this second quarter of the year. I always like to evaluate and reflect on where I am currently, look over my goals, check off the ones that I have accomplished and put a strategic action plan in place to meet the others

Share with the audience what is next for you as an individual and what is next for your business?

As a woman in business, I am always taking classes and earning credits in my real estate career I think learning and growing is a vital component of business I have signed up for some virtual courses for the summer

In addition, I am working on a few platforms to share my journey, and leadership skills to help other business owners. Networking has always been important to me and being able to form and build relationships

How do you continue to stay motivated and keep things fresh in your business?

We are midway into 2023 have you been able to achieve a portion of your goals that you set for you and your business this year? Please tell us more. I’m thrilled to say that I've been able to exceed my goals for myself and my business for the first half of tax season. One of my main goals was to increase revenue and profitability, and I'm proud to say that we've exceeded our set targets so far this year I've been able to grow my team and bring on some incredibly talented individuals who are helping to take our business to the next level

Of course, there's a lot of work to be done in the second half of the year, but I'm feeling confident and excited about the progress we've made so far I'm looking forward to seeing what else we can accomplish in the months ahead!

Share with the audience what is next for you as an individual and what is next for your business?

EAs an IRS Enrolled Agent, I'm always looking for ways to improve my skills and knowledge in the constantly evolving world of taxation I plan to continue pursuing advanced tax education to stay up-to-date on the latest laws and regulations

As for my business, we're focused on providing even more value to our clients by offering a wider range of tax services and exploring new markets. We're also investing in new technology and tools to streamline our processes and enhance the overall client experience. We're focused on growth, innovation, and providing the best possible service to our clients, and I'm confident that our hard work and dedication will continue to pay off in the years ahead!

How do you continue to stay motivated and keep things fresh in your business?

I do these three things to always stay motivated and keep things fresh in my business:

1) I always make sure to celebrate my successes, even the little ones It's so important to acknowledge the hard work and progress I've made It helps keep me motivated and feeling positive about my business

2) I love trying new things! It's one of the ways I keep things fresh and exciting in my business. Experimenting with new ideas, tools, or approaches has helped me discover new opportunities and grow my business in unexpected ways

3) Setting achievable goals is key for me Having a clear vision and breaking it down into smaller, manageable goals helps keep me motivated and focused. Plus, there's nothing more satisfying than crossing a goal off my list!

Do you have any new products or services launching this Summer or Fall that we can be excited about?

I'm excited to share that I'm currently working on my fifth book, which will provide valuable assistance to those struggling with IRS tax debt As an IRS Enrolled Agent, I'm passionate about helping people navigate the difficulties of the tax system, and I'm excited to share my expertise through this new resource. In addition, I'm also developing digital and live courses to help travel agents with tax planning. This is an area that I believe is often overlooked in the travel industry, and I'm excited to offer specialized guidance to those in need I believe that everyone deserves access to reliable, accurate tax information, and I'm committed to providing just that through my book and courses

Tell us what excites you most about the upcoming Summer months and do you have any special routines and travel that is a must for this time of year?

Summer is one of my favorite seasons of the year, and I'm super excited about it! What I love most about the upcoming summer months is the warm weather, longer days, and all the fun outdoor activities that come with it. From beach trips to barbecues, there's always something to do.During the summertime, I travel to other states to learn more about tax laws, what I call #DestinationEducation Kind of like summer school but way more fun! I also make sure to take a break and go on a trip for at least 30 days in a row to recharge myself for the second half of tax season. It's like hitting the reset button.
