Citrus Season:

Our citrus shipping season usually runs from mid-November to late May. We start shipping just as soon as the fruit ripens to our high standards — and we stop when it is too mature to meet these same standards. Please do not ask us to ship before we think the fruit is ready — or after we feel it is past its prime.

Order Cutoff Dates for Holiday Gifts:

We promise to ship in ample time to assure holiday deliveries. Standard Delivery is guaranteed for orders received by 5pm CST on the below dates.

For Thanksgiving delivery, by November 8th.

For Hanukkah delivery, by November 28th. For Christmas delivery, by December 15th.

We cannot guarantee pre-Christmas delivery after December 15th, but we will try our level best. If your order is received after December 15th and you do not wish to pay additional delivery charges, we’ll send a card to your recipients advising them that they have been remembered and we’ll ship the first week in January. We do not ship between Christmas and January 5th (approx.) due to delays inherent with the holidays.

Substitutions:

In very rare instances, we may need to make a substitution to your order due to weather or shipment delays. Be assured that the item we substitute will be of equal or greater value than the item you ordered.

Shipment Outside the Contiguous 48 States:

There is an additional charge for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. Please call 1-800-876-4733 for rates. We regret we are not able to ship to Europe due to customs regulations.
