Then we carefully select the best young trees, plant them by hand, and expect to wait patiently—up to eight years—until the trees begin producing fruit that meets our standards for quality. We always allow our fruit to ripen fully on the tree (which can take up to a full year). Our expert growers walk through the groves every day, measuring the sugar content, checking the pressure, and waiting patiently for the fruit to be at its peak. That’s when we hand-pick it and send it straight to you. The vitamin and mineral content stays high because of the short transit time. We guarantee you’ll enjoy our citrus as much as we love to grow it—we take care to ensure the quality is unmatched.
