B-well Bensenville Walkathon and Family Fest coming Sept. 12 BENSENVILLE — On Saturday, September 12, there will be a Progressive Walkathon held throughout the Village of Bensenville. The event begins at 10 a.m. at the Park District’s Tiny Tot School, proceeding through town, ending at Redmond Park by 11 a.m. There will be multiple stops along the route, so feel free to join in the Walkathon at any time. Activities at Redmond Park will be ongoing from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and will include basketball, volleyball and more. There will be a complimentary lunch served featuring healthy BBQ items. The Edge Ice Arena on John St. will offer open ice skating, as well as open swimming. In addition, there will also be a Health & Wellness Fair with vendors offering the very latest in products and services available to keep you and your family at the peak of health. OUT AND ABOUT IN OUR PARKS! Saturday, Sept. 12 Calling all competitors: 1st - 8th graders can swim, bike and run their way through this action packed event held at Club Fitness and Centennial Park. This youth triathlon will be on Saturday, September 12 with the swimming event indoors at Club Fitness and the bike and run portions outdoors on Centennial Park’s trail. Trophies will be given to the top three boy and girl finishers from both age groups. All finishers will be awarded a medal. 6 - 9 year-olds: Swim 50 yards • Bike 2 miles • Run 1 mile 10 - 13 year-olds: Swim 100 yards • Bike 2 miles • Run 1 mile Bike helmets are required for all participants. Everyone who registers will receive a cool t-shirt and goody bag with important information. Bag pickup will be one week prior to the event. The SwiBiRu Youth Triathlon starts at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 12. The entry fee for Club Fitness members is $18, or $22 for non-members. Early registration is strongly encouraged and accepted at Club Fitness, online or any Park District facility. It’s tackle season at the Addison Park District, and we’re not talking football. The 9th Annual Fishing Derby takes place Sunday, September 20 from 9:00 – 11:00 a.m. This catch and release event is co-hosted by the Forest Preserve District of DuPage County and will be held at the Wood Dale Grove Lake. This is a great opportunity for parents to share their love of fishing with young anglers. Bait and goody bags are included for pre-registered participants. The Fishing Derby is open to participants 15 years of age and younger for a fee of $5 per person in advance, or $10 on event-day. On Monday, September 28, bring your family to Centennial gym for our fall Family Fun Night! We’re having a party in the gym, complete with an inflatable bounce house, family games such as tug-of-war, musical chairs, relay races, hot potato, crafts and more! Concessions will be available for purchase during the event which will be held from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. The cost is $5 per person and pre-registration is encouraged by September 25.

Civics education returns to Illinois public high schools

SPRINGFIELD — On August 21, civics became law in the Land of Lincoln. A standalone civics semester will be required at all Illinois public high schools, starting with the Class of 2020. The Citizen Advocacy Center (CAC), located in Elmhurst, has been a tenacious advocate for bringing civics back to Illinois public schools and played a role in its successful outcome. “Civic education is core to the work of CAC as community lawyers routinely answer basic information about the structure and function of government,” said CAC Executive Director Maryam Judar. “In addition, CAC community lawyers have worked with schools for over two decades to help teachers convert classrooms and communities into civic labs. “On behalf of CAC, I would like to acknowledge the partners and collaborators who played a leading role in the effort to bring civics back to Illinois public high schools.” DuPage County Regional Superintendent Darlene Ruscitti has been a longtime advocate for civic education through supporting civic efforts throughout DuPage County, including the convening of two county-wide Civic Summits for high school students and advocating for the passage of the “Year of Civic Engagement” Resolution by the DuPage County Board. Former Attorney General Jim Ryan who established the Center for Civic Leadership at Benedictine University, is a vocal advocate for civic education of youth, and was pivotal in the creation of Illinois’ Legislative Task Force on Civic Education charged with assessing the current state of civics in Illinois. Aug. 17 • Jusstin A. Johnson, 19, of Villa Park, was arrested in the 1000 block of W. North Ave. at around 2:16 p.m. July 14 and charged with two counts of retail theft and two counts of unlawful possession of alcohol by a minor. The original complaint and arrest warrant was issued Aug. 17. • Criminal damage to property was reported in the 700 block of W. North. Between 5:15 and 10 p.m., police said an unknown suspect struck the front windshield of a vehicle parked unoccupied with an unknown object, causing it to crack. • Criminal damage to property and attempted burglary was reported in the 100 block of W. Terrace at around 5:33 p.m. According to police, the resident of an apartment heard noises at the front door that sounded like someone was trying to break in. The resident screamed and yelled, which caused the suspect to leave. There appeared to be damage to the front door. The gifts of summer E

ach day comes bearing gifts. But not in the way you might think. I wake in anticipation of the presents they have left for me this time. “They” are not leprechauns or Santa’s elves. The gifts in question come from my kids. Yeah, I find it hard to believe myself. When I enter the kitchen each morning, I’m guaranteed at least one cardboard pizza round left over from the last night’s midnight feast. Pizza cardboard is much too valuable to toss in the trash, if they could locate the trash (which I’m not sure they could). They also leave me charred pizza nibbles at the bottom of the oven. In a word: yum. Almost as steadfast as the cardboard are errant ramen noodles, which are sure to be scattered on the countertop and (on good days) the stovetop. Sometimes soggy ramen remnants rest in the sink, but only on those rare and lucky days ending in Y. Also in the sink I find hardened, congealed and coagulated food scraps on plates and forks. game. What scrumptious morsels did they partake in during the wee hours of the morning? They’ve also taken to baking cakes. At midnight. They eat the whole thing because they know I wouldn’t want to be tempted by cake first thing in the morning. My needs are their priority and as a mom my pride surges. They do allow me to clean the cake pan, which I guess is their way of sharing the experience with me. The floor – oh the floor! It is probably the best part. Cheese puffs, candy bits, grapes, potato chip crumbs and even sticky red juice globs all scatter across the floor in a random pattern that demonstrates their artistic talents. It is a wealth of sticky, crunchy foodstuff and it is mine to deal with. All mine. Candy wrappers stuffed

behind the computer or TV are like little treasure hunting finds. Bright and lively all yellow and orange, they practically scream joy – either that or sugar high. Cups half full of juice, soda pop or milk litter flat surfaces in the kitchen and beyond. Except I suppose litter is a poor choice of words because it connotes negativity. Them leaving me their extra drinks is thoughtful and generous. They drink less so I can access their leftovers. How sweet is that? Despite their inability to find the garbage for most things, I can always rest assured it will be heaping and waiting to be emptied. Sometimes one of them makes late night coffee (the best time for coffee so I’m told) and most (but never all) of the coffee grounds are dispensed to the trash. The rest wait for me on the floor next to the garbage can. I give thanks it was a near miss. They were trying. There’s yet another reason for gratitude: at least one of them has successfully located the garbage. They also move furniture, depending on the activity of

Dirty socks, crumpled T-shirts and discarded shorts only ensure my job stability as the prestigious CLO (Chief Laundry Organizer) of the household. The same goes for damp towels, which may be located in any room, as long as they are heaped on the floor. Towel bars are so 1990s. Ditto that for using a towel more than once. That would be

gross. Well, more gross than leaving dirty socks and wet towels lying all over the house. I suppose I’m to blame for these gifts. Don’t be too hard on me. Summer is short – as is life. Sometimes you have to pick your battles (and dirty socks) and learn to laugh at the rest of it. The Brady Bunch and today’s pop culture generation gap

ome things get lost between the generations, like mainly pop culture references. I exposed my boys to much of the music of my youth, but I failed them in the TV trivia department. My sons, age 21 and 22, cannot name the six Brady Bunch children. They both knew Marsha, and one named Peter as well. People my age are shocked at this lack of basic knowledge. My guys shrug and say that show was on twenty years before they born. Some things that I expect “everyone” to know simply do not matter to millennials. They did know Popeye and that he ate spinach to get strong, but they didn’t know his lady friend was Olive Oyl. They had heard of Underdog, but didn’t know the name Sweet Polly Purebread. They knew Jonny Quest. When I asked if they knew had a thing for “the little red-haired girl,” no reply. Not interested. And I bet they don’t give a rip about the new Charlie Brown movie coming to theaters in the fall. I get it. I’m not interested in much of their viewing habits. That’s the true generation gap; not that we don’t know each other’s “stuff,” we simply aren’t

that intrigued. Some of what my sons find funny bounces right off of me. We agree on some things (Stephen Colbert, Jon Stewart), but a marathon of The Hangover movies, no thanks. The nature of life is different strokes for different folks, and some of it is age related. Some of today’s pop culture fascinates me. The recent gaming tournament, The International (TI), is one such phenomenon. The prize pot is about $18 million and most of it is fan funded. Video gamers around the world chip in a buck and they tune in to see the top teams play a video game. They also come in the flesh. A huge stadium in Seattle was filled with fans watching the teams battle it out on a huge jumbotron screen. TI is in its fifth year and I am wowed by the whole thing, but I have no desire to watch. My younger son had it on while I

ESO kicks off new season with actor Brian Dennehy ELMHURST — “A Season of Celebration” promises to bring excitement and musical delights to Elmhurst Symphony audiences as both Stephen Alltop, ESO’s Music Director, and Rika Seko, ESO Concertmaster, celebrate their 20th anniversaries with the orchestra. Concert programs ranging from Mozart to Copland are sure to please a wide range of musical tastes, and special events throughout the season will infuse the concert experience with a celebratory flavor. The season opener on October 17 at 7 p.m., “Copland’s Music of the Heartland,” features the acclaimed stage, screen and television actor Brian Dennehy, who will narrate two remarkable works: Copland’s A Lincoln Portrait and Schwantner’s New Morning for the World, based on the powerful speeches of Martin Luther King, Jr. Stanger Young Artist Audition winner Joshua Brown plays Waxman’s Carmen Fantasie, and the ESO performs the Suite from another Copland favorite, Appalachian Spring. Forest Preserve District opens new off-leash dog area WHEATON — The Forest Preserve District of DuPage County was scheduled to celebrate the opening a new 34-acre off-leash dog area at Hawk Hollow Forest Preserve

in Bartlett on Sept. 1. The new area features four separate and fully enclosed fields (one just for dogs under 25 pounds), an enclosed 1.2mile limestone trail, and a 60-vehicle asphalt parking lot off Bittersweet Drive just south of Stearns Road. It replaces the off-leash dog area 5.4 miles away at Pratt’s Wayne Woods Forest Preserve in Wayne, which will remain open until

Very slow and not compelling viewing. When the game started, it made no sense to me and I shrugged and walked away. I simply do not care. Much like my sons do not care about what rocked my boat as a kid. No big deal. As it should be. Progress, innovation, technology, expansion, I’m all for it. If it weren’t the norm, we all would still be playing jacks and kick the can. A little nostalgia is good. My sons learned to play jacks and marbles when they were kids. But today’s kids get tablets

when they’re two and many never go in a car without an electronic device. I am not passing judgement or lamenting. Our granddaughter is five and she loves hanging with us. Our time together is low-tech. She loves to dig in the dirt, plant flowers, go to the park, draw and paint and create. Every once in a while we watch a movie. This winter when we do turn on the telly, I think I know what I will introduce her to. “Marsha, Marsha, Marsha!” Some things can simply skip a generation. Community strategic planning sessions led to two key goals: enhance early learning programs and consider district-wide full-day kindergarten. A task force including teachers and administrators started a full-day kindergarten pilot program at Army Trail Elementary School. The results were telling. “We discovered that the performance of full-day kindergartners was much higher than that of half-day students,” said Langton. “The full-day students continued to outperform their peers in first grade.” The task force determined that adding the ELC onto Ardmore would accomplish both of its goals. That’s when the district, working with Legat, applied for the early childhood construction grant from the State of Illinois. When the grant didn’t pan out, the ASD4 Budget Committee brainstormed ways it make it work without a referendum. It would be tight, the group realized, but it could be done. Legat resurrected and revised its original plans for the grant. Designers focused on creating a facility that was forward-look-

More fundraising efforts are being planned for Sophia’s family and there is a big push to encourage people to sign up with Be the Match “She loves ballet, but had to stop going to class,” her mother Michelle Trujillo told one news source. “And a temperature of 100.5 or higher for her means at least two days for a hospital stay. Due to her lower immune system she has missed months of school.” It is hoped that the blood drive and matching opportunity will be successful and begin to turn the page for Sophia, so she can go on to live a normal life.

Learning through play: A look inside the Addison ELC It can’t be denied: three- to five-year-olds love to play . . . and research has shown that they learn best through play. So bringing more play into the instructional day became a motivating force for the Addison ELC design team.

“In this case, play doesn’t just mean trucks and blocks, but exploring and discovery at a higher level,” said Langton. “The design responds to the academic and social/emotional levels of early learners.” This becomes evident as soon as one goes through the front door. While parents are at the welcome desk, kids enjoy a large play area with green wavy walls, interactive wall panels, and a fish tank intended to captivate the students’ interests. Legat’s project manager Jeff Sandberg and his team also put

themselves in students’ shoes to design the windows. “The windows jog up and down,” said Sandberg. “Some are eight inches above the floor, while others are two feet. That way, it’s a playful pattern and the kids have great views.” The ELC’s ten classrooms have vibrant colors and exposed ceilings with wood highlights. Each classroom splits into activity zones: a corner reading zone with a window and small cabinets that kids can crawl under, a cubby zone for personal items, and a wet zone with a sink. Between each pair of classrooms is a shared support space highlighted by an “integrated therapy room,” where specialists can serve individual stu-

dents based on their needs. The support spaces also include a teacher collaboration area and two toilet rooms with smaller fixtures and a changing station. Additionally, the campus now offers developmentally appropriate playgrounds for both the early learners and the Ardmore K-5 students. “With the new Addison ELC and the resulting full-day kindergarten, the kids from the entire community will be challenged with higher levels of academic rigor,” said Langton. “Ultimately, these changes will equip our youngest students with a skills foundation that will impact them not just in grades one and two, but also in college and beyond.”

First day for Ks at Fullerton ADDISON — For the first time since 1992, Fullerton School is housing its own kindergarteners. Back then, increasing enrollment forced District 4 administrators to think outside the box and come up with another location for the youngest of the school set. Now, Fullerton is having Ks again and the staff rolled out the red carpet on the first day of school last week to welcome the new students at the beginning of the 2015-16 school year.

Addison Trail football team out to defend conference title Blazers sport mix of experience and promising potential By Mike Miazga Correspondent

The Addison Trail football team had a memorable 2014 season where it won the West Suburban Conference Gold Division title with a 6-0 record and advanced to the second round of the state playoffs. Now, the Blazers are looking to carry that momentum into this fall with a roster mix of returning veterans and talented newcomers. Addison Trail has six players back on offense, including seniors Jose Acencion (OL), Andrew Lopez (OL), Ryan Zygowicz (QB) and Mike

Hundley (RB), along with junior wide receiver Darrion Conrad. Key newcomers on the offensive side of the ball include junior wide receivers Ricky Perez and Stevan Jones. “Those two kids have looked good,” said Addison Trail coach Paul Parpet Jr., whose team opened the 2015 season with a 19-14 win over Glenbard South, a fellow 2014 conference champion. “They give us size and a deep threat. But they are young. It will be a baptism by fire with them. We spent time in the summer working on the passing game and running routes. The big thing is they are making the adjustment from going against a sophomore defense to a varsity defense. It’s been a process, but their potential is very high.”

The Blazers return seniors Zach Atiyeh (LB), Nick Fugarino (CB), Matt Domek (DL) and Josh Simko (DL) on defense. Addison Trail also has three sophomores up on the varsity with Mike Renc (center), Nick D’Ambrose (secondary) and Nick DiBenardo (inside linebacker). “They definitely are newcomers to watch,” said Parpet Jr. “Just like with Steve and Ricky, it will be baptism by fire. It’s a big step for them. They are very talented and figuring things out every day.” Parpet Jr. likes the way things are shaping up on both sides of the ball. “I think we have a chance to be a pretty good football team on defense,” he said. “Offensively our running game is going to have to control the ball until we can get

The Willowbrook girls volleyball team opened the season with a pair of non-conference matches against Fenwick and Bartlett. In a 25-18, 25-13 non-conference loss to Fenwick, Danielle McNamara had two kills and one dig. Celia Dewyer added one ace and one dig. Grace Chantos had one assist and three digs. Olivia Pennebaker had two kills. Kiley Kelly added one dig. Maya Bullock had two kills. Maddie Weinhold chipped in with three assists and one dig. Emily Ligocki also had three assists and one dig. Jamie Chiapetta had one kill and one dig. Kalyn Konrath had one kill. Willowbrook also dropped a 22-25, 25-17, 25-17 non-conference contest to Bartlett. McNamara had five kills. Dewyer and Chantos each had two digs. Pennebaker had five kills and four digs. Bullock had one kill. Weinhold had five assists and one dig. Ligocki had one kill, 15 assists and one dig. Chiapetta finished with four kills and three digs. Konrath finished with three kills and one dig, while Milena Sogure had three kills.

Willowbrook is coming off a 2014 season where it went 18-18 overall and took third in the West Suburban Conference Gold Division with a 4-2 record. Pennebaker, a junior outside hitter, racked up 58 kills and 18 blocks last year. Chiapetta, a junior outside hitter as well, had 49 kills. Konrath is a senior middle blocker who registered 22 kills and 15 blocks last season. McNamara is a senior right-side hitter who finished with 141 kills and 25 blocks last year. Bullock, also a senior right side, had 79 kills and 14 blocks. Also back is senior libero Kelly Conley, who had 250 digs last year. “Kelly, our returning libero, will be leading our defense again,” said Willowbrook coach Sue Bower, who is in her 12th season at the helm. Ligocki, a junior setter, and Sogura, a senior middle blocker, are key newcomers to the team. “We have a core of returning players who had a successful season for Willowbrook last year,” said Bower. “They have already set goals to not only maintain the record from last year, but to improve upon it. They have been working hard on their communication skills and keeping a positive atmosphere on the court. We are working on some position changes. The girls are looking forward to the challenge.”

I like the mix of guys we have here. We have the younger guys and the guys back from last year’s conference-championship and playoff-qualifying group. They count on each other.” Parpet Jr. noted the team’s schedule again is loaded with strong opposition. “Our schedule is not easy,” he said. “We have Oak Park for a crossover and Willowbrook in Week 3. We have to be ready to go.

It’s not an easy road. Hinsdale South has been predicted to be the top team in the conference. They are pretty good and they have a lot of kids back from last year’s playoff team.” Schedule aside, Parpet Jr., is looking forward to another fun and successful season. “Because of our strength on defense and up front and our ability to run the football and with some linemen, quarterback and running back returning, hopefully we’ll be ready to put our conference title on the line,” he said. “I think we will be. I love it. This is a fun bunch of young men. It’s a good mix of experience and inexperience. The guys are hungry. We just need to play games and then critique the things we need to focus on. We’re looking forward to it.”

Addison Trail boys soccer team scores impressive win over Lake Park By Mike Miazga Correspondent

The Addison Trail boys soccer team gained some key momentum right out of the gates recently. The Blazers kicked off their season with a 2-0 non-conference win over Lake Park. “We won at their place and they were a preseason top 20 team,” noted Addison Trail coach Ryan Dini. “The last couple years against them we didn’t have too much. This time we came out fired up and we flew around and scored two goals in the first 20 minutes. This team expects to be good and they are confident. They want to show everybody they belong with the big names in high school soccer around here. We controlled the tempo against Lake Park and jumped on them early and defensively we shut them down.” Sophomore Jonathan Hernandez and senior Damian Zielinski each had a goal for Addison Trail. Enrique Luna had an assist. Addison Trail is coming off a 2014 season where it went 7-10-1 and 2-4 in West Suburban Conference Gold Division play. “We were real young last year and we have a lot of those kids back,” said Dini. “We expect to be pretty good this year. We have a lot of kids back with varsity experience.” Returning for the Blazers are seniors Zielinski (midfield) and Fernando Alvarado (defense), along with juniors Tomasz Kania (midfield), Uriel Martinez (defense) and Isvic Quintana (midfield). Kania, Alvarado and Martinez are in their

third varsity seasons, while Quintana is in his second as a junior. Key newcomers include seniors Cosme Garcia (goalie) and Adrian Rozkuszka (defense), junior Ruben Amaro (midfield) and Hernandez, who is a sophomore forward. “Our strength will be our speed,” said Dini. “We have a lot of fast kids. I like our ball control. We like to keep the ball on the ground and switch fields and get behind the defense. We also have a lot of experience. We have a lot of juniors and multiple other players with years of playing varsity soccer.” Alvarado and Martinez give the Blazers strength in the back. “They are two returning defenders and they are defenders with size,” said Dini. Dini also is excited about Garcia’s potential in goal. “I’m excited about a lot of things with this group,” he said. “We have good leadership. Cosme will be a stud in goal. He’s one of our captains.” Other captains include Kania (all-sectional a year ago) and Luna. Dini said the competition in the West Suburban Gold will be as fierce as ever. “Morton will be good again and we play them at their place,” he said. “This is my fourth year as head coach and my eighth year being involved and this is by far the toughest the conference has been. Morton and Leyden will be very good and so will Downers Grove South and Willowbrook is pretty good. The conference will be loaded. We’ll see how it plays out.” Addison Trail was in the midst of hosting its annual tournament earlier this week.

And the Blazers came away on the winning end, thanks to a 19-14 advantage over Glenbard South in a non-conference game played in Glen Ellyn. Addison Trail won the West Suburban Conference Gold Division title last year, while Glenbard South won the Metro Suburban Conference West Division championship and advanced to the second round of the state playoffs. Addison Trail has now won

nine of its last 10 regular-season games. The Blazers return to action Friday in their home opener, a West Suburban Conference crossover game against Oak Park-River Forest. Fenton football The Fenton football team opened the season with a 42-7 non-conference loss to neighbor Leyden in Bensenville. Fenton returns to action Saturday at 1 p.m. in Melrose Park against Walther Christian. Willowbrook football Willowbrook’s football team continued its annual seasonopening series with Glenbard East. The Warriors dropped a 42-21 non-conference decision to the Rams in Lombard. The Warriors host Addison Trail in the annual District 88 game next week and then head to Darien to face a Hinsdale South team that advanced to the 6A quarterfinals last year.

State only paying out Lottery prizes of less than $25,000 By Mark Fitton Illinois News Network

SPRINGFIELD — Win the Lottery? You might want to hold off on that new bass boat, dream house or even paying off any big debts. Because of the state’s continuing budget impasse, Illinois is only paying out Lottery prizes of less than $25,000. A prize of less than $600 can be collected from any of the more than 8,000 retailers that sell lottery products. And prizes less than $25,000 can still be claimed at any of the Illinois Lottery’s claim centers, which can be found at illinoislottery.com. After that? Well, it looks like a Lottery big winner will have to wait for the winnings until Republican Gov. Bruce Rauner and the Democratic supermajorities that control the General Assembly can get past their differences and agree to a budget for the current fiscal year, which began July 1. “Due to the ongoing budget situation in Springfield, some lottery winner payments have been delayed. All winners will be paid in full as soon as the Lottery and the Illinois Comptroller have the legislative authority to do so,” said a spokesperson for the Lottery. Lottery officials say payouts of $25,000 or more would have to come from the office of Comptroller Leslie

Geissler Munger (R-Lincolnshire) and her office says it lacks the legal ability to make those payments. “We are not allowed by law to pay anything out of an appropriated account during the budget impasse without a court order or consent decree, or unless it is a statutory continuing appropriation,” said Rich Carter, spokesman for Munger’s office. State Rep. Jack Franks, D-Marengo, said the situation is outrageous. “It’s worse than a travesty; it’s a fraud,” said Franks. “I don’t see how the state can sell tickets and take money when they have no intention, or authority, to pay the winners.” “I can tell you if you owe the state some money, they’re not going to say ‘Wait, we’re going to hold off until you’ve got your budget taken care of at home, and then just give us a call and you can pay us.’ That’s not how it works in the real world.” Franks said the Lottery, in fact, should have to pay penalties on late payments to big winners. The state is effectively holding money for its own use and depriving the winners use of that money, and “they know that time is valuable.” “We couldn’t be in a worse situation if we tried,” Franks said of Illinois. ELMHURST — GroundLink is a global car service that leverages a proprietary technology platform to provide seamless, reliable and consistent ground transportation for travelers worldwide in most major cities and 110 countries. Sound like a lot of buzzwords you’d find in a corporate mission statement? Well, perhaps so but to put it very simply – be prepared to have an entirely

new experience when you need ground transportation, a ride to the airport or the service of a limousine. And you’ll do it through an app on your phone. Offering transportation through an app is a relatively new concept, but it is growing every day. While a few other companies have started similar ventures, the field is very new and GroundLink feels poised for a great deal of growth here in the Chicago market, which will be headquartered right here in Elmhurst, where the company’s new Chief Sales Officer Michael Mooradian lives.
