Flo Rida to perform on OSD Main Stage Friday Rapper Flo Rida will bring his talents to the OSD Main Stage at 7:45 p.m. on Friday, June 14. Known professionally as “Flo Rida,” Tramar Lacel Dillard is an American rapper, singer, songwriter and composer from Carol City, Fla. His 2008 breakout single “Low” was number one for 10 weeks in the United States and broke the record for digital download sales at the time of its release. Flo Rida’s debut studio album, 2008’s Mail on Sunday, reached number four in the US. The album was succeeded by R.O.O.T.S., the next year. His subsequent albums, 2010’s Only One Flo (Part 1) and 2012’s Wild Ones, also charted on the US Billboard 200 chart. Flo Rida has sold over 80 million records worldwide, making him one of the best-selling music artists. His catalog includes the international hit singles “Right Round,” “Club Can’t Handle Me,” “Good Feeling,” “Wild Ones,” “Whistle,” “I Cry,” “G.D.F.R.,” and “My House.” Flo Rida began recording his second album, R.O.O.T.S., 9 months after Mail On Sunday. The album was released on March 31, 2009. The first single, “Right Round” featuring Ke$ha, was released for airplay in January 2009. “Right Round” jumped from number 58 to the top spot in one week in late February. Flo Rida’s third album Only One Flo (Part 1) was released on Nov. 24, 2010. In March 2010, Flo Rida announced on Twitter that the album would be titled The Only One. Billboard reported that The Only One was to be a double album. A promo single, titled “Zoosk Girl,” which features T-Pain, was released on the internet, though the song is not featured on the album, the single does have its own music video. In December 2010, Flo Rida created his own label, International Music Group, inspired by Nicki Minaj’s signing with Lil Wayne’s. He has signed an 18-year-old rapper, Brianna and Git Fresh to International. On Dec. 16, 2016, Flo Rida’s track “Cake” featuring bay area rap duo 99 Percent was included in Atlantic’s “This Is a Challenge” dance compilation and later sent to top 40 radio February 28, 2017 as his new single. In July 2017, he declared in an interview that his fifth album is still in the works and that it’s 70 percent finished. On Nov. 17, 2017, Flo Rida released another single “Hola” featuring Colombian singer/songwriter Maluma. On March 2, 2018, Flo Rida released a new single titled “Dancer.”
Kelleigh Bannen
Headliners to perform on OSD Main Stage Thursday Country singers Kelleigh Bannen and Mitchell Tenpenny are the headliners on the OSD Main Stage on Thursday, June 13. Raised in Nashville, Tenn., Kelleigh Bannen has built her career on a sound steeped in the city’s past, present and future, mixing country twang, pop hooks and southern storytelling into the same pot. She’s a songwriter. A singer. A trailblazer. Throughout a career that’s included major-label singles, independent releases, Top 50 hits, and shows alongside icons like Hank Williams Jr. and Luke Bryan, Bannen has consistently called her own shots. She continues that streak with her new EP, Cheap Sunglasses, a mix of melodic hooks and modern production whose songs were all co-written by Kelleigh. Kelleigh has lived the country music dream: its challenges, its triumphs, and its rewards. For Kelleigh Bannen, the past is filled with milestones and memories. She’s looking ahead now, with a guitar in her hands, new songs in her head, and Cheap Sunglasses to ward off the glare.
Mitchell Tenpenny On the heels of his RIAA-certified Gold single, “Drunk Me,” comes country singer Mitchell Tenpenny’s major label debut album, Telling All My Secrets. Tenpenny’s Number 1 hit “Drunk Me” has earned more than 120 million ondemand streams and surpassed 500,000 certifiable units in the U.S. The singer claims that he knew the song was special as soon as he recorded it. Tenpenny first picked up a guitar at the age of 13, and after graduating with a music business degree from Middle Tennessee State University, he began his professional career. The 2015 Black Crow album featured cameos from the SteelDrivers, Ace Frehley and Brian “Head” Welch from Korn. In 2017, his Linden Ave. EP made it to No. 6 on the Billboard “Heatseekers” chart. Concurrently, he was seeing success as a songwriter, most notably co-writing Granger Smith’s Top 10 hit “If the Boot Fits.” Along the way, he has toured with the likes of Maren Morris, Jake Owen, Brett Young, Cole Swindell, Lynyrd Skynyrd and Dustin Lynch.

Adam Hambrick, Justin Moore to play on OSD Main Stage Saturday Country fun continues on Saturday night at the OSD Main Stage when Adam Hambrick and Justin Moore will perform, starting at 8:45 p.m. Adam Hambrick Capitol Records Nashville’s Adam Hambrick grew up in between Mississippi and Arkansas, influenced by artists such as Alan Jackson, Garth Brooks, John Mayer and The Foo Fighters. Growing up, Adam’s musical roots were grounded in the church singing hymns with his family, where his dad was a Baptist pastor and his mom played piano. After graduating from the University of Central Arkansas, the singer-songwriter made an appearance on Good Morning Arkansas where fellow Arkansas-native and country star Justin Moore happened to be watching and was impressed by Adam’s unique voice and distinctive songs. This was the first of many circumstances that changed the course of his life. Soon after, Justin’s producer Jeremy Stover reached out opening the door for Adam to move to Nashville and pursue music full-time. Since then, Adam has written a multitude of songs and had numerous cuts for other artists including Miranda Lambert and Eli Young Band, as well as, No. 1 hits for Dan + Shay (“How Not To”) and Justin Moore (“Somebody Else Will”). Since moving to Nashville, he has continued to hone his songwriting and vocal skills while developing his live show. Adam is currently working on his debut album with producers Andrew DeRoberts (James Blunt, Miley Cyrus) and Paul DiGiovanni (Blake Shelton, Jordan Davis). His first single, Rockin’ All Night Long, is resonating with country music fans everywhere as it recalls the nostalgic late-night memories made throughout life. Check out www.adamhambrick.com for tour dates, music, videos and more. Justin Moore Justin Moore has built a loyal fan base over the past decade with his traditional

Collective Soul, Gin Blossoms to rock the audience Sunday The vibes shift to grunge rock Sunday evening at OSD when Collective Soul and the Gin Blossoms headline on the Main Stage. Collective Soul, the Multi-Platinum selling Georgia-bred rockers are not only on the cusp of celebrating their 26th anniversary, they’re also gearing up for an exciting Summer 2019 tour dubbed “Now’s the Time.” This triple-threat triple bill will feature from the elegiac verve of the career-defining “Shine” to the heartfelt universality of “The World I Know” and the earnest offering of “AYTA” (a.k.a. “Are You the Answer”), Collective Soul is clearly firing on all cylinders. Approaching their 25th anniversary in 2019, it’s evident the legacy of Collective Soul is as strong as ever. “I think it all comes down to the songs,” Roland believes. “When we started out as a band, we just wanted to write the best songs we could. We always had the mindset of being an album-oriented band. We wanted to create the 10 or 12 best songs we could get on there. It wasn’t like, ‘Oh, that’s the hit. That’s the one that’ll be on the radio. Let’s hurry up and finish.’” What does Roland feel is the best song in the Collective Soul canon? “Well, it’s
actually the most necessary song I’ve ever written — and that would be ‘Shine.’ Had it not gotten the attention it did, no other song would have been written. But which one is the best one?” he muses. “It’s the one I wrote yesterday, because that’s the way I treat it. If I think I’ve already written the best song I could write, then I need to stop. I don’t think I’ve even come close. My brother Dean tells me all the time, ‘You just live for that next song!’ And I’m like, ‘Yeah.Yeah, I kinda do.’” The Gin Blossoms In the late 80’s, Gin Blossoms started to grow a huge following as the #1 local music draw in Phoenix and certainly were the hometown heroes of their favorite hang, Tempe, Arizona. Gin Blossoms indelible jangle-pop sound was evolving during radio’s diverse mix of hair bands and grunge music superstars. Their breakout record New Miserable Experience was where their rise to fame began. This album kept the band on the chart for almost 3 years with singles “Hey Jealousy,” “Allison Road,” Until I Fall Away,” “Mrs. Rita,” and “Found Out

About You.” The crossover hits on New Miserable Experience played on 4 radio formats and, to date, have sold over 5 million records. Those hits were followed up by “Til I Hear It From You” which rocketed to #1 and moved the Empire Records smash soundtrack to platinum status. Their next gem “Follow You Down” spent ten weeks in the top 10, and “As Long As It Matters” earned the band a Grammy nomination for “Best Performance by a Duo or Group” making their Congratulations I’m Sorry record another multi radio format favorite and multi-platinum success. Having dominated radio and MTV playlists for most of the 90s, Gin Blossoms took a brief turn of the century hiatus, a provisional parting of the ways that singer Robin Wilson chalks up to “personal dissatisfaction and the mistaken impression that we could perform at that same level with another group.” “There’s a certain civility among us now,” Valenzuela says. “None of us are as brusque as we once were. We’re too old to have shouting matches.”

We do everything we can to keep our costs down, which includes not renting offices or hiring staff. We find the online broker is the most cost effective option. No, It is festival seating. There are some bleachers along the back/side of the field. You may bring chairs as noted below.

Some artists have additional Meet & Greets issued through their fan clubs, you will have to go to their websites to learn more about those.
This will vary depending on when we get the go-ahead from the artist. Depending on what time the artist gets to the venue and has ample time for their sound check will depend what time the main gate opens. We will target opening them at least 1 hour prior to the concert start time. This time could be earlier or later depending on the artist. Please see our event schedule for the latest information.

Old Settler’s Days has a long history in Rockton. Starting out years ago on Main Street, and being run by various groups including the OSD Committee, and the Rockton Chamber of Commerce. The Rockton Lions Club took over the festival 17 years ago, and it is run by the Rockton Lions Club Volunteers. Every person on the committee is a volunteer, we have no paid staff. All the profit we make from the festival goes back to the community via donations and service projects. The Rockton Lion’s Website has a list of organizations and causes we’ve donated to in the last few years. Why is the festival not on Main Street?
MARIANNE MUELLER PHOTO 2019 OSD Guide
DJ’s from WJVL gathered with supporters and volunteers from the OSD committee at the OMG...It’s OSD’s Epic party on Saturday, April 13 at the American Center. T-Shirts, concert tickets and water bottles were part of the day’s prize giveaways.
The population of Rockton has grown as well as the size of the festival over the last 20 years. Our 3 block downtown area however, has not. We simply cannot fit the festival in the few blocks we have available. There are also concerns regarding power and staging. By keeping the festival just one block off of Main Street we feel we can still stay in town, and festival goers are still close enough to patronize the downtown area during the festival. Patrons are free to come and go from the festival all day and we encourage them to utilize our downtown business and generous sponsors.
