Notice to Bidders
Sealed bids will be received by the Riverland Community College Business Office, Austin, MN 55912 until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 10, 2024, at which time bids will be opened and read.
Bidding shall be for: Building materials for the Riverland Community College Carpentry program studentconstructed, single-family dwelling.
Material specifications may be obtained by contacting Page Petersen at 507-433-0650, Business Office, Riverland Community College, 1900 8th Ave NW, Austin, Minnesota.
Riverland Community College reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive technicalities in bids, and to delay the final awarding of contract for a period of fifteen days after opening bids.
In case the successful bidder fails to enter into contract for the performance of this work within 20 calendar days after awarding of the contract by the Riverland Community College, the contract will be awarded to some other qualified bidder or readvertised for bids at the discretion of the Owner.
No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of thirty (30) days after the date set for the opening of bids.
