Corporate & Wellbeing Day 2023 Embracing Change
On Monday 21st August, we hosted our annual Corporate & Wellbeing Day to celebrate all our employees at the Armagh City Hotel.
The day began with our corporate updates which included a farewell from Brian Doran, former CEO of SRC, a welcome from Raymond Sloan, our new Chief Executive of the College, a report from Lindsay Bronte, Development Manager on Sustainability at SRC as well as hearing from Tracy Rice, Head of Business Engagement on the Commercialisation Strategy both explaining how these strategies can be incorporated into the departmental and faculty areas.
The event continued to recognise SRC employees, building social connectivity, through participating in a range of wellbeing activities, including, Games, Walking Tour, Art Sessions, Yoga and Origami!
We said farewell to our 2023 retirees who were presented with a retirement gift, and we wish them a happy retirement! We also celebrated the winners of Staff and Student Recognition Awards. The winning staff clearly demonstrated how they embed and live the College’s core values of putting the learner first; working together to achieve more and striving for excellence.
Thank you to all those in attendance. It was great to catchup on the return from summer break.
