PREVIEW: Round 15

NBL1 – WOMEN

Welcome back to the Sabredome. We, like everyone are excited to be back enjoying life without lockdown and playing basketball. With the news arriving Tuesday that we could get back on court the ladies were ready to go. The Sabres are looking to bounce back after a tough road trip to Mount Gambier were things didn’t go to plan. We are looking forward to running more structure in offence and being physical on defence.

SABRES v BLUES

The players have been making the most of ‘The Cage’ this week and getting as many shots up as possible.

Frankston have had a tremendous season so far having started with 10 wins in a row. Since having their Olympian Tessa Lavey they have lost 3 out 4. We will need to stop their outsider shooters and big inside targets. Stopping Darcee Garbin and moving the ball quickly in offence is key to getting the win.
