The course fee listed in this Guide is the one you pay, unless you are eligible for fee reductions (see fee waiver table on opposite page for more details). There are a number of ways that students can pay their course fees: • Cash (do not send through post). • Cheques made payable to “South Nottingham College”. • Credit / debit card (amounts of £10 and over only). • Employer paying for fees - The College will require full payment or a letter from the employer requesting that an invoice be raised and sent to them for the relevant fee(s). This should be produced at the time of enrolment. Instalment payments may be made by direct debit where the total course fees are £100 or more. Agreement forms and direct debit authorisations are issued at the College’s main receptions. Payments are collected over three consecutive instalments after a deposit payment for full year courses. The deposit must be paid at enrolment. Some shorter high-cost courses can also be split over two instalments. An administration charge of £20 is made where instalments are taken out and the students choose to be invoiced. This charge is payable with the deposit. There is no administration fee if the student pays by direct debit. Some part-time courses will need the students to purchase additional materials. The College will attempt to inform students of such costs at the start of the course.
