Wheatley Legion to re-open

WHEATLEY — At an executive meeting for Branch 324 Wheatley Legion last week, it was decided that the Legion would re-open, with limited hours on September 17.

Past President Bill Robertson issued a notice on social media regarding the decision. “It will take us a bit to get the branch ready to re-open to meet the restrictions that are in place,” he said.

The Legion will be open on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 3pm. until 7pm with the possibility of extending the opening hours if it is economically worthwhile.

“We are excited to re-open and look forward to serving you once again,” said Robertson.
