CK Public Health, Chatham-Kent Health Alliance and Chatham-Kent EMS, together with their dedicated staff and volunteers, have been operating out of the Bradley Centre site for nearly one full year.

First, second and booster doses will be available to residents aged 18+, while first and second doses will be available to those aged 5+. A parent or guardian must be present for children under 12 years of age.

Walk-ins are welcome at the clinics, but residents are encouraged to book an appointment in advance at www. GetYourShotCK.ca or by calling 519-351-1010.
