KINGSVILLE — To visitors driving through Kingsville in the past few weeks, they may have noticed this unfamiliar structure and thought perhaps a new skyscraper was being erected.

However, locals will know that it’s just the Kingsville Water Tower, covered with protective scaffolding while it undergoes scheduled rehabilitation.

The Union Water Supply System says that the Kingsville tower will be offline until September as it undergoes the upgrades
