ENJOYING THE FALL(ING) LEAVES

Unseasonably warm weather makes for perfect outdoor activities for local youngsters as the local fall leaf clean-up continues. Six-year-old Lila Ribble of Wheatley dives into a massive pile on Matier Avenue in Wheatley over the weekend. Residents are reminded to check with their local municipalities for information on leaf clean-up procedures. They also require leaves to be kept clear of road gutters and catch basins in order to allow for proper drainage in case of wet weather.
