Clocks go back this weekend
ONTARIO — Ontarians enter daylight saving time this weekend, as the clocks go back one hour at 2 am on Sunday, November 7.
Due to an error by Bell this past weekend, many Bell users’ cell phones were erroneously set back one hour a full week early.
Residents should turn their non-electronic clocks back one hour before going to bed on Saturday night. Most electronic devices will reset themselves.
The government of Ontario is considering making daylight saving time permanent.
