Quick response saves building

LEAMINGTON — While out for smoke alarm inspections, Leamington Fire Department members noticed smoke coming from the ElringKlinger facility on Seneca Drive on Friday, March 12.

Quick response saved the building and possibly the roof, as firefighters were on scene within two minutes.

A faulty rooftop appliance was the suspected culprit and damages will hover around the $450,000 range.
