CKHA dialysis unit outbreak over

CHATHAM-KENT -- Chatham-Kent Health Alliance (CKHA) has announced that the COVID-19 outbreak declared in the Dialysis Unit at the Chatham Site on March 7, 2021 has been declared over by Chatham-Kent Public Health (CKPH).

There are no active COVID-19 outbreaks at CKHA at this time.

Infection Prevention and Control measures will remain in place across the organization and CKHA will continue to review and monitor the impact of the pandemic on our operations.

Visitor restrictions will remain in place and only essential care partners are permitted for inpatients at this time; please see CKHA’s website for further details on essential care partners.
