In the same year, when the Southport Savings Bank building was purchased, the Board of Directors and the Head of School Dr Powers unveiled a new school name, The Southport School, with a new logo and school colors.

Today's branding and design include the letter 'S' designed to reflect the path in one's journey that our students experience while they are here The different hues of blue come together like water and land, representing the tide's ebb and flow similar to our campus, which resides close to the shoreline and where we embrace flexibility and movement
