“Springtime over World’s End”
Photo by Richard W. Green of Greenflash Photography
“The whole world is photogenic at an altitude of 150 feet,” says photographer Richard Green, who is known for capturing dynamic aerial photographs of the South Shore. Green has worked as a freelance photographer for almost 50 years, but about five years ago the Hull resident got a FAA Remote Pilot Certificate and began experimenting with aerial photography.
“Being able to place my mind’s eye both in and above the landscape had not been accessible before,” says Green, who frequently focuses his camera lens on the scenic coastline of Hull and Hingham. His image, “Springtime Over World’s End” was shot on a clear day and shows the spectacular view that extends from a grassy hill at World’s End all the way to Boston, on the horizon.
