Sue Bell founded Essex children’s charity ‘Kids Inspire’ in 2007. It is a community based organisation that aims to support vulnerable and disadvantaged young people and their families. Currently, Kids Inspire is based in Chelmsford and Southend, and provides a bespoke package of intervention individually tailored to each child’s needs. Kids Inspire strives to build good relationships and help young people achieve their full potential so they can become stable adults who contribute positively to society. We are supported by the patronage of Anya Hindmarch (international fashion designer). We are also the chosen charity for Sainsbury Springfield, Essex County Cricket Club, Baker labels, Subway (Chelmsford branches), Channels Golf Club and The County Hotel for 2012. Love Lucy

Lucy Mecklenburgh was thrust into the limelight when TOWIE hit the big time. Appearing on the most talked about reality TV show of recent years has given Lucy her fair share of ups and downs. We caught up with her to talk about the fame, fashion and a certain four legged furry friend!

www.rmmagazine.co.uk

Hi Lucy, how are things going for you at the moment? Very well I have been filming in Marbella and have just come back from a romantic holiday to Dubai with Mario. Now it’s back to work, and I’m extremely busy!

I decided to go and work in women’s fashion wholesale in the West End to get experience in the industry. And when the shop became available in November last year I thought it must be fate!

What new projects are you involved in at the moment? My new bikini range with Bella Bamba. It’s a gorgeous swim wear collection I co-designed and I’m very proud of. The response to the collection has been amazing.

You’ve been in the show since series one, how has it changed your life? It has changed my life by giving me more opportunities. Being in the public eye has negatives and positives but I am so pleased with the positives I have gained from doing the show. I love going to premiers and photoshoots but I am still very normal and mostly enjoy staying in watching a film in a tracksuit! While obviously cuddling Bentley and Mario.

Give us a snap shot on what Love Lucy & Lucy’s Boutique is all about. I’m very very girlie so it’s lots of cute dresses, blingy accessories and unique brands. I do all the buying myself so you can see alot of my style in the boutique. I try and have something for everyone but most of my customers are between 15-30. Is this something you’d imagined you’d be doing, running your own business? Definitely! The shop I am in I wanted since I was 17 but

How do you deal with all the press and attention you receive both negative and positive? You grow a thick skin, 99% of time people and media are nice. You have to be confident and happy with yourself to let it go over your head but it does get to me sometimes. How important is it to you to maintain your own style on the show? I wear what I like to wear, I think most of the girls would say I love sexy bodycon dresses to show off my curves and really girlie sparkly dresses too.

You’ve also got your boutique, Lucy’s Boutique, how’s that doing? My boutique is doing great, Saturday’s I have to employ someone just to stand on the door as we usually have a que all the way down the road! It’s mad!

I decided to go and work in women’s fashion wholesale in the West End to get experience in the industry...

Who would you say is your style icon? I love Victoria Beckham’s style, her designs are very sophisticated and sexy. I also love Cheryl Cole’s style, she wears alot of young fun party dresses, and beautiful long evening gowns. What are your top tips for looking and feeling good? Eat healthily, drink lots of water and as soon as you get home take your make up off!

Do you feel being in the show has put additional pressure on your relationship or bought you closer together? Both! It puts alot of pressure on your relationship but also no matter what happens we look out for each other. Do you feel it’s difficult to maintain a normal relationship with all the press and attention you receive? Yes it’s really hard , the hardest thing for me is girls throwing themselves at Mario but I do trust him.

You’ve been a well-received character in TOWIE, why do you think this is? I am not afraid to put my whole life on the show, it’s what we signed up for and the viewer wants to see reality and honesty. I think this has been key to my character being so established on the show now. Kirk, Amy and Mark have left the show for other projects. Would this be something you’d consider doing? At the moment I am happy where I am, TOWIE is getting bigger and bigger! So why leave!? What are your plans for the future? I have no idea and that really excites me! But look out for my projects coming soon. Visit Lucy’s Boutique at www.lovelucyx.com or call on 01277 231277 Twitter: @Lucy_meck

Gossip Drip by Zara Zubeidi

Marbs: the only way for fashion?

Six inch heels, fake eyelashes and a jewel encrusted one piece- and no, I’m not talking about a Friday night out in Brentwood. Essex glam is oozing onto the shores of Marbella, Spain. Last month, ITV2 gave us a sneak peek into the world of Costa del Sol’s capital of glam in The Only Way Is Marbs, and next month will bring us Marbella Fashion Week. So what is it about Marbella that makes it the perfect destination for Essex extravagance? Essex doesn’t like to do things by halves, and nor does Marbella. Notorious for its wealth, young Essexians won’t be short of an exclusive VIP experience and a constant flow of champagne. Award winning nightclub promoters Sintillate have already endorsed Marbella Fashion Week as their project for August 2012 and its obvious why; fashion and celebration call for the best. Marbella ultimately gives you the chance to take fashion to a different level. The Only Way Is Bikinis recognises this and will take swimwear to a never before seen extreme. Think giant flowers, monochrome fringes and diamante detail - designs that a rain soaked Brentwood high street could only dream of. For those who criticise Marbella’s English visitors I beg you to consider the following. As a nation we work hard, and boy, do we like to play hard. Take fashion and good weather and a good time is guaranteed, with the opportunity to express your inner sun goddess in a beautiful Spanish city representing youth, confidence and the English need to unwind. Joey Bevan

We first met Joey Bevan at Essex Fashion Week where he showcased his latest “Joey Bevan” collection. Although Joey Bevan is now a superstar in the fashion world, official designer for Britain and Irelands next top model and also the only British designer to showcase on Americas Next Top Model he is still an Essex boy at heart and enjoys ‘coming back to his home county and doing his bit’. We caught up with him to see how Bas Vegas turned into Las Vegas. 14

Section How did you get where you are today? Was there a point or an event that you feel really got your name out there? All I can say is a lot of hard work and determination... I knew what I wanted so grabbed the bull by the horns and POW! Through hard work and wanting to follow my dream I got here.... I think I got noticed once I was spotted for BINTM live, that’s when I became more well known. Being an Essex lad yourself, how does our very own fashion compare to the likes of the style in the USA? My personal style is very.... how do I put it... Tramp chic lol I love a chunky knit jumper, baggy Tee and some chinos with of course some cool boots..... My style as a designer is very high end... I love using a theatrical approach to designing, I think I see my fashion as an art form, living art pieces that get to be worn by beautiful people. Your rise to fame has happened quite quickly - how exciting is it to be working on ANTM live with your introductory fashion show just 2 years ago? I know it is crazy.... 2 years ago I was working part time at H&M and had my pop up shop at the YMCA charity shop in Southend :-) I think I always struggled to find myself but at that point I found who I was and then pushed my heart into fashion and got here today! with a lot of support from great friends and an amazing family. Summarise your own personal style in 3 words... Ermmmmmmmm let me think.... let’s go for.... Vintage, Indie, Tramp! Do you have a favourite fashion designer? (apart from yourself of course!) Hahhaa yes I love Jean Paul G... his always been an inspiration to me.... also love Alexander McQueen, RIP dude!!! Its crazy that the UK and North American Press have said I’m like the next Alexander McQueen.... the fact they even mentioned his name was great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Alexandria- Antm Allstars wearing Joey Bevan

Do you have a favourite model to work with? Of course my muse and one of my best friends Imogen Leaver from BINTM... she got noticed for the TV show whilst walking in my show for BINTM live 2010. She is classically beautiful with a modern quirk which I love. Your fab SS12 collection had quite a haunting appeal -what direction are you going in for your AW12 collection? You know what, I have so many ideas at the mo..... It will be different! What are your 3 key fashion items right now for men and women? For myself... I love my Rose Gold Michael Kors watch looks good with anything!!! Also for those bad hair days my stunning tramp.chic bobble hat! and of course short shorts lol! Get those legs out boys! What are your tips for anyone who wants to get into fashion design? Work hard, follow your dream, never give up!!!!!! What’s next for Joey Bevan? Oh got so much actually, going back over to the states to discuss some amazing shows.... and writing for fashion magazines etc, a lot on the plate for me at the mo... shooting internationally and just enjoying myself and my dream. Visit Joeys website here www.joeybevan.com or www.pointedbrownshoes.com Twitter: @joeybevan “Lisa”-winner of Antm Allstars wearing Joey Bevan

Fashion and Charity go hand in hand

Seeing the selfless efforts of individuals to make a difference is not only inspiring but provides a fantastic excuse to hold some exceptional events. We were invited to the Crown Street Fashion Show in Brentwood and the Lupus Charity Fashion Show in Rochford.

Jeanette Cassar of Mesh Clothing teamed up with other businesses of Crown Street and De Rougemont Manor to hold the fashion show in aid of Children with Cancer. We saw glamorous gowns, stylish threads and beautiful beach wear from Mesh Clothing, Comfort & Joy and Racquet Boutique. Some fantastic hair from Hub Hair, The Hair Company and Voodoo. Make up by Anula Beauty and Caz Hair & Make-up and what Essex fashion show would be complete without a little Bling! Provided by French Quarter. The event was a huge success and after an emotional, heart felt speech by Craig Blackbourn entailing the story of his son Robert, who has a rare form of leukaemia has raised over ÂŁ8500, this, however great, is just the tip of the iceberg, you can make a difference by donating today www.justgiving.com/mesh-clothing

Lupus Charity Fashion Show After 6 months hard work organising The Lupus fashion show, Venus Rubertazzi-Glanville set about raising vital funds and awareness for Lupus UK with the help from close friends and relatives. She said ‘I organised the Charity Fashion Show to raise money for Lupus UK and awareness of Lupus Disease. Lupus UK are a registered charity based in Romford, Essex who help fund research and support patients and their families in coping with the illness. Systemic Lupus Erythematosus is a chronic autoimmune disorder that causes the immune system to attack the body’s cells and tissues, causing inflammation and tissue damage. Lupus most often affects the heart, joints, skin, lung, blood vessels, liver, kidneys and nervous system.’ She had support from designers of all ages from Essex, London and even Newcastle. Showcasing their designs were Christopher Niari, Brazen Hussey, Chesca Smith, Taus, Shanik’s Silhouette Bikinis, Amis Designs, Red Butterflie, Buddha Boutique, Arthur & Betty, Kirsty Cove and Katie Page. The Hair was styled by Sheena Billionhair, Rachel Cooper and Nicola Lucas and the make up was applied exceptionally well by a team of Mua’s headed by Rebecca Ryther. The event kicked off with an outstanding performance from Britains Got Talent finalist Molly Rainford and music throughout the event was provided by DJ Short ‘e’. We also saw a dance performance from ‘The Beauticians’ from Angel Academy who appeared on Sky 1’s Ashley Banjo’s Secret Street Crew. All in all, the event was thoroughly enjoyable and was a huge success raising much needed funds for Lupus UK, so a big well done to everyone involved! Exclusive Interview

Molly Rainford At only 11 years old Molly Rainford has already set many a stage alight with her powerful and passionate vocals - none more so than during her soulful rendition of ‘Ave Maria’ in this years Britain’s got Talent Final. We caught up with Molly to find out how the experience has changed her life and what we can expect from her in the future.

exclusive interview

You seemed extremely composed throughout the whole competition, was you nervous? Yes, I was a bit nervous, the most nervous I felt was at the first audition, in front of 3500 people and the judges. Then again I found the result in the semi-final more nerve racking when it went to the public vote, so by the time I got to the final I felt OK because I knew I had achieved something. I knew it was going to be hard because there were so many other talented acts. What was it like hearing such wonderful comments from the judges? Did you think you were dreaming? Wow, I couldn’t have wished for better comments. It felt like I was dreaming that

they were talking about me, especially in the final when I got a standing ovation from all four judges and when Simon Cowell said I’d put a bomb under the competition. Alesha Dixon said I was like a mini Mariah Carey which felt amazing. Did you imagine when you entered that you would make it all the way to the final? This was the third time I had auditioned for Britain’s Got Talent so even to be part of the show was such a privilege. Never in a million years did I ever think I would get to the final out of all those people.

You made it to the final of Britians Got Talent! How was the whole experience for you? I found the whole experience amazing, I didn’t expect to get to the final, but it has made me realise how much I want to do this in the future. The support I received from the public who voted to keep me in was unreal and it has given me a lot more confidence when I sing.

This was the third time I had auditioned for Britain’s Got Talent

What made you decide to go on the show? I love singing and watching the show and one year I said to my mum “I think I would like to audition.” My mum asked whether I was sure and even though this was my third attempt, just the whole experience of auditioning gave me the confidence to keep trying. After watching the show for so many years, I knew that’s what I wanted to do and I thought “I can do that.” I wanted to be on that stage.

During the show you sang 3 very different songs, was it hard deciding what you should sing? It was hard to decide because I know they had to be the right songs, when it came to the final I knew Ave Maria would be the one because I love it! The other songs felt right as well and I wanted to show my range.

Molly R

ainford

You looked amazing on stage how did you decide what to wear? I love getting dressed up and especially when I get to wear a sparkly dress, I enjoy shopping in New Look, they always seem to have something that’s perfect! All of the ‘bling’ I wore on the show was from Essex Sparkle.

Molly

ixon

sha D & Ali

Who are your role models? My biggest role model is Beyonce. If I could be anywhere near as good as Beyonce when I’m older, I would be over the moon, a dream come true. There are other artists too, like Mariah Carey and Jennifer Hudson. How have your friends and family reacted to you being on Britains Got Talent? All my friends and family have been really supportive and are very proud of me. My mum and dad get really nervous but are both very proud of my achievements. They always say they’re the proudest parents in the world. Do people recognize you and ask for your autograph or a photo? Its really, really strange but yes they do, it feels strange because its only little old me! I can’t believe the support I’ve had from fans, it has been fantastic!

exclusive interview

How has being on Britains got Talent changed your life? It changed my life because I know now even more that this is what I want to do. Being recognised and people asking me to perform at different events makes me feel very special. It has given me the confidence to achieve my dreams and know that anything is possible. What was the best part about being on Britains Got Talent? I have loads of best parts, meeting such lovely people like the other contestants, the staff and the judges (especially Simon Cowell.) Getting up on that stage and singing to a live audience, can it get any better than that?!

...my mum asked whether I was sure and even though this was my third attempt, just the whole experience of auditioning gave me the confidence to keep trying

When was the first time you realized that you wanted to sing? I’ve always been singing around the house since I was a baby. Since I was eight years old I have practiced and decided I wanted to audition for Britain’s Got Talent. Whats next for Molly Rainford? To hopefully have a bright future with my singing career. We’ll have to wait and see!

Diabetes - People with diabetes often have some form of gum disease, likely caused by high blood glucose, according to the CDC. People with diabetes need to take extra care to ensure proper brushing and flossing techniques are used to prevent the advancement of the gum disease. Regular check-ups and cleanings with your dental hygienist should be followed. Heart Disease and Stroke - Studies suggest gingivitis may increase the risk of heart disease and stroke because of the high levels of bacteria found in infected areas of the mouth. As the level of periodontal disease increases, the risk of cardiovascular disease may increase with it. Other studies have suggested that the inflammation in

the gums may create a chronic inflammation response in other parts of the body which has also been implicated in increasing the risk of heart disease and stroke. Walton on the Naze

Frinton

Lined with beach huts and cafes, Walton on the Naze beach has recently gone under restoration thankfully without losing any of its historical character. With Walton being the owner of the second official longest pier in Britain and miles of sandy beaches, Walton is a must-see beach. Walton is also a winner of the Quality Coast award, another reason why you and your bucket and spade should make a visit.

Winning the Quality Coast award in 2008, Frinton boasts for its water quality and its provision of public rescue equipment. On the sunny days, it would be advised to arrive early as Frinton is well known for its sandy beach. With pebbles and some areas of clay being spotted when the tide is out, Frinton is ideal for those who enjoy making those sand castles.

Dovercourt

Mersea Island

Recommended by the Marine Conservation society, Dovercourt Beach was awarded a blue flag for its cleanliness. Situated in Essex, the sandy beach is a within easy reach of Hemford Water National Nature Reserve, with the beach being suitable for surfing, swimming, boating and for those adrenaline junkies, jet skiing, or even just for those who enjoy catching the rays.

Mersea Island plays host to The Mersea windsurfers club, with its Blackwater estuary decorated with the brightly coloured sails of windsurfers and adrenaline seeking kite surfers, the shores of Mersea are always bustling with people. With beach huts and ice cream parlours Mersea Island brings a fun filled day out for the family. With the water quality considered high, we suggest you get out those bathing suits.

Brightlingsea

Shoeburyness

The non-commercial beach with is semicircular River Colne flowing into the sea is peaceful and a blue flag award holder. With its sandy shores running along the western promenade it’s the place to come and unwind.

One of two beaches in Shoeburyness, East Beach is home to the Essex Kite surfing club. The beach is well known for being a popular part of the estuary for watersports and has been crowned with a magnificent grassy bank, which would be ideal for a summer picnic. East Beach is one in five beaches in the area to have won a Blue Flag award, implying clean bathing waters for all.

We’ve got the Bug

Local father and son car crash repair business decide to show off their skills and restore a 1965 Volkswagen Beetle, turning it into a show winning specimen.

The project started by chance when Ricky was looking for a VW Beetle run around, knowing their expertise he sourced a car that needed a little TLC. From the moment he brought the car home his passion and connection to the car grew and eventually he would not be satisfied until it was perfect. Having had the shell sand blasted and then replacing all rotten panels the time had come to start re-building what would eventually become a head turning show winner. The car is a beautiful example of the high level of craftsmanship that Three Lions put into all of their repair work.

The Beetle won ‘Best Restoration’, ‘Best Air Cooled Beetle’ and ‘Best of Show’ at the Apex VW Festival 2012. Along with ‘Best Cal-look’ (California look) at the Battlesbridge VW Show 2012 and was one of only a handful of cars to be asked to display at the 2012 Volksworld Show. Rickys’ passion has enabled the company to branch out with Vintage Vision Restorations, specialising in making your project just as successful they can handle all aspect of the restoration from bodywork to sourcing parts. Hot Hatch for a Hot Summer The all-new Audi A3 is now available to order priced from £19,205 OTR. As well as an evolutionary new look and revolutionary leaps in quality, technological sophistication and driver appeal, it offers an excellent specification across its SE, Sport and S line trim levels. Subtly redefining the look of its supremely successful predecessor, and decisively elevating its dynamic character, fit and finish and on-board technology to a new plane, the third generation A3 also now has a UK specification which impresses at every level. Redesigned from the ground up following the principles of ‘Audi ultra’ lightweight construction, the all-new A3 tips the scales an impressive 80 kg lighter on average than its predecessor, pegging the 1.4 TFSI model at just 1,175kg. The same painstaking pursuit of progress is evident in the very high quality cabin, which genuinely breaks new ground in the class with standards of materials, workmanship and ergonomics that genuinely push the boundaries at this level. Audi A3 models launch with a choice of three specification options – SE, Sport and S line - all of which are impressively well appointed. The entry level SE model features 16-inch alloy wheels, air conditioning, the acclaimed MMI radio with its 11 millimetre-thin electrically folding screen, preparation for SD card navigation, Audi Music Interface iPod connection, a Driver Information System, the Bluetooth mobile phone interface and a multi-function steering wheel. It also offers voice control for many of its telephone and audio system functions. Sport models upgrade to 17-inch alloy wheels and, for the first time at this level, feature the Audi drive select adaptive dynamics system. This enables the driver to choose from five modes which dictate the car’s driving characteristics – Comfort, Auto, Dynamic, Efficiency and Individual. They influence the weighting of the steering, the sensitivity of the throttle pedal, the shift points of the S tronic transmission if this is fitted and the parameters used by the optional adaptive cruise control system. Additional Sport features also include two-zone climate control, sports seats, sports steering wheel and aluminium detailing inside and out. Highlights of the top S line specification include 18-inch alloy wheels, S line body styling, xenon headlights with LED daytime running lamps, an S line sports steering

wheel and part-leather-upholstered sports seats embossed with the S line logo. Another important choices will of course be the engine, and there are three very convincing four-cylinder petrol and TDI options to choose from at launch, all of which are essentially new developments bringing fuel economy gains of up to 12 per cent over their predecessors. The 1.4-litre and 1.8-litre TFSI petrol engines and the 2.0-litre TDI have outputs of 122PS, 180PS and 150PS respectively, and all drive the front wheels in this first phase. The 1.8-litre TFSI is linked as standard to a seven-speed S tronic twin-clutch transmission; the 1.4-litre TFSI and 2.0-litre TDI are paired with a six-speed manual gearbox. Additional engine and transmission combinations, and new engines such as the 1.4-litre TFSI with innovative cylinder on demand technology, will follow, as will models equipped with quattro permanent all-wheel-drive. These hi-tech, impeccably refined units all deliver optimum performance with the help of engine start-stop and energy recuperation systems and highly efficient electromechanical power steering that demands none of their power when operating in the straight-ahead position. They channel their drive through a completely new chassis which strikes a considerably more delicate balance between comfort, composure and driver appeal, and which features an Electronic Stability Control integrating an electronic limited slip differential for handling that is even more fluid and safe at performance limits.

For more information please contact your local Audi dealer or visit www.audi.co.uk Unique suspension, non-linear variable-ratio steering and performance brakes have all been specifically tuned, while the striking central exhaust, imposing trapezoidal front grille and even the Tangerine Scream paint option which were inspired by the original Ford Focus ST Concept, have been brought to production. Focus ST will be available in both hatchback and estate bodystyles, proving that practicality need not compromise style or performance, with a high level of comfort, safety and convenience features standard on both.

250 PS Focus ST Ford’s exciting new 250PS Focus ST, one of the UK’s most keenly-anticipated performance hatchbacks, is now on sale priced from £21,995 on the road. Powered by an advanced, direct-injection 2.0-litre, all-alloy, turbocharged, four-cylinder EcoBoost engine, the new Ford Focus ST develops 250PS, yet remains capable of returning 39.2mpg and CO2 emissions of 169g/km – 20 per cent better than its predecessor.

Standard UK specification includes Ford Power keyless start, Recaro seats, DAB radio, Bluetooth and 18in alloy wheels, with the range-topping ST3 model adding heated, leather seats, Bi-Xenon headlights, LED daytime running lights and keyless entry. Additional sports styling options include rado-grey alloys wheels, red brake callipers and illuminated scuff plates. The UK’s fascination with fast Fords is underlined by the sales performance of the previous two Focus ST generations, which exceeded 35,000 between 2002 and 2010. “Ever since the arrival of the legendary GT40, Britain has become the spiritual home for

Please Sir, I want some Mooro’s is a stylish, sport themed family restaurant in Chigwell specialising in American cuisine. We arrived just after 8pm and was immediately greeted and shown to our table. We were served an array of drinks as we checked out their new menu and soaked up the fun and friendly atmosphere. What we ate: Starters Home Made Garlic Dough Bread With mozzarella cheese Nachos with Cheese With jalapeno peppers, salsa and sour cream Soup of the Day Home made tomato and basil soup

Main Courses Mooro’s Classic Ground Angus Beef Burger With cheddar cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomatos and red onions served with chips and a side of onion rings 10oz Rib Eye Steak Just the way you like it with real chips, grilled sweet tomato, sautéed mushrooms, onion rings and green peppercorn sauce Fresh Fish of the Day Served with real chips, gherkin, garden peas and tartar sauce Sizzling Blackened Chicken Breast Fajitas With lime and coriander, tomato salsa, chive sour cream, grated cheese, sliced peppers and onions Desserts Apple Pie and Ice cream Waffles, ice cream and chocolate sauce Chocolate fudge cake We associate America with the Burger and although none of us felt man enough to take on the 20oz New York Jack burger we all agreed that the food we had was delicious, it tingled our taste buds and gave us a taste of real American cuisine. We would strongly recommend Mooro’s as a restaurant to check out, whether you are looking for a light snack, a romantic meal or the perfect party destination get yourself down there and start enjoying the atmosphere.

Seared Scottish Salmon An ideal light starter to usher summer in (we hope). This dish takes max of 5 mins to finish off giving extra time to prepare your main course or sample a glass of chilled white wine! 1. Cut skinned salmon fillet into 1 inch cubes allowing two per person. 2. Prepare marinade – add zest and juice of lime to 100ml olive oil. Add salt and pepper. 3. Prepare dressing – finely diced chilli, 100ml olive oil, finely chopped coriander, salt and pepper. Warm slowly on heat for 1 hour without boiling. This is to infuse the oil and bring the colour and flavour out of the coriander. Strain the oil and chill. 4. Place the cubed salmon in marinate for 10 minutes. This will “cook” and flavour the fish. 5. Remove fish and sautee gently keeping the inside pink and the cubes whole. 6. Slice halloumi and place on top of salmon. Either melt the cheese under the grill or use a blow torch to melt and colour. 7. Spoon over the dressing. 8. Garnish with strawberries, fresh parsley and small drops of Harissa. Majestics Recommend The Dr.L Riesling, Loosen Brothers 2010, Mosel, Germany, £7.99. This fragrant, off-dry white offers a slight spritz, sweetness and lively acidity to cut through the spice in the Harissa yet leaving a rounded honeyed finish to complement the Salmon.

Physicool

Sweating is a perfectly natural and effective way to cool down. But that comes as little consolation when you catch your reflection at the gym – hair tousled (and not in the sexy way); clothing stuck to you; face like a boiled ham. But chin up, because there’s now a thoroughly modern way to keep cool when you’re working out. The Physicool Cooling T-Shirt has been designed to actively wick moisture away from your skin; delivering it to the fresh air where it can evaporate quickly. Far more effective than a standard cotton T-Shirt, it’s great for keeping cool in the gym, hot weather, or even cramped and stuffy workplaces. But this advanced piece of clothing also has a second trick up its sleeve.

Exerbeat Move to the beat and count the calories in a new fitness game that will get the whole family involved!

Just Dance 3 Dust off your dancing shoes and get ready to hit the floor all over again as Just Dance 3 brings the beat back on Wii!

Included with each Cooling T-Shirt is a 250ml bottle of Physicool Coolant Spray. Developed in unison with the T-shirt, this remarkable substance is fast-acting and longlasting. Just spray it over certain areas on the surface of the T-shirt and it’ll be drawn between the material fibres and into contact with the skin – keeping you cool and comfortable far longer than water. Used together, they’re a great way to stay cool and dry when you’re working out. Firebox.com £27.99 Final thought: We all want to look good all of the time, with this Cooling T-Shirt this no seems possible even when your working out.

Zumba 2 The exercise phenomenon that invites you to ditch the workout and join the party is back on Wii in the shape of Zumba Fitness 2!
