Because pedestrians and vehicles in the block traffic are dangerous and inconvenient, so I want to plan into a long-distance walking area and combine it with the local attractions and features of Taichung Central District to create a new urban characteristic,and then create a building to connect these streets with its function

B . Co-working Co-working space is a public or private space that everyone can share. Just choose the programs that you want to pay and you can use the supplies and public equipment inside
When you pay, you can have a seat, a public or private seat, the public seat will share a space with others, the seat is not regular,and the private room can have a fixed seat or a room
When you use the co-working space, there will also has a lot of people from different backgrounds.When they are in the same space, they can exchange and interact with each other , or learn more different knowledges and thought

From depar tment stores to cheap snacks, everything from high-consumer groups to student groups, it can be said that all ages and economic layers will come here.So the traffic is often crowded From the second lane of the car and the bus lane, it is already a very large and smooth road. It is mainly intended to change the greening and pedestrians here, so that people after consumption have more more space to stay and rest

Let's talk about the secondary roads. Take the Park Road as an example. There is mainly a fast lane and a driveway. However, there are often two cars in parallel, and the buildings are often full of things underneath, which also forces pedestrians to be dangerous. To walk on the edge of the road is a place to improve and think.

The narrow roads and the riding of the buildings often make pedestrians have to walk on the roads and also affect the driving of the drivers. Some of these roads may be rarely used or not. Necessity of existence, this is also a major point of improvement for the walking area

Taiping Road is classified as a secondary road, but because it is a small country and a kindergarten, it has a wider sidewalk, which is less likely to cause pedestrians. Therefore, the extra space is used to set up a bicycle lane, and because it is necessary to pick up and drop off school, This article does not block the entry of vehicles, but because of the safety of the road, the ground material is changed to stone brick road instead of asphalt asphalt road, which reduces the speed of driving to implement safety.

Plan / Exploded Backpacker & Co-working space / Theater In order to link the entire planned street, a building combining sightseeing and work was designed in the middle of the whole street and was converted into the original old-style cinema. The building on the left is a backpacker's inn. When the tourists enter this block, they can Stay here for a rest.

The 1st to 3rd floors of the building on the right are cinemas, which can gather crowds to create crowds. The 4th floor is co-working space, attracting different people to stay here, and you can go to the backpacking hotel.

03 Duxing Street At bricks
This street is located at the old apartment area,the base is also a abandoned building , you have to animate here and let the people come to visit,what function will you do to attract people?
Base analyze The base is located at the red area , is near the greenland and the old house, so I think we have the good chance to make the brick building , and has nice location to attract the people to visit here , because most of the building here was built by concrete material , it's different from the brand-new brick's house

My Base is located at the right area , nearby the sidewalk and the road , combine the function and the body with the city .The building is distinguished beteeen the private and the open area, the open space can use by everyone who walked by,you can rest or have a nice coffee here , and also can visit the view at second floor or the exhibition in the building , it’s doesn’t have any pay. On the other hand , the private space is for the building host , the entrance is different from the open area , you must to have the key to get inside
