PHASES of the DESIGN PROCESS
PHASE ONE: PROGRAMMING
This phase consists of an interview and consultation, including articulating your design goals, inventorying any existing art and furnishings to be incorporated in the project, photographing spaces, meeting/consulting with your project Architect or other consultants, and, finally, articulating a preliminary budget and timeline for design deliverables.
PHASE TWO: PLANNING & DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
This phase consists of creating interior architectural and furniture plans and sourcing all Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment. Sketches and/or renderings of custom design work—furnishings, millwork, et al.— will also be presented for review. Upon acceptance of the design schematics, sources will be secured for the project. Once all selections and sources have been secured and approved, the final project budget, timeline for design deliverables, and renderings will be also be presented for approval.
PHASE THREE: PROJECT EXECUTION & MANAGEMENT
This phase consists of executing the approved design plans, managing the project schedule, and tending to any minutiae that may arise during the process of the project. We work closely with you to consult on and manage bids and timelines submitted by contractors for various aspects of the project. Proposals for all elements of the design plan are submitted for review in advance of each phase.
PLANNING & DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
FURNISHING & FINISH SELECTIONS, RENDERINGS, AND DESIGN PLAN
