RAMSES II THE GREAT
Ramses II (the Great) was one of the most prolific builders of ancient Egypt. Hardly a site exists that he did not initiate, add to, complete, or build entirely himself. Some of the greatest monuments on any tour of Egypt bear his stamp: Abu Simbel, Karnak and Luxor Temples, the Ramesseum, and many others. He also commissioned the largest monolithic statue ever, a seated statue of himself at the Ramesseum. Now lying in pieces, the giant red-granite

ll the things your life can be involved in family are best, through hopes and despairs family is always with you. Alex Haley said In every conceivable manner, the family is link to our past, bridge to our future. The family endures because everybody supports each other in times of test and trials. We commune, love
unconditionally and are challenged to grow. Having a good family requires a lot of hard work and understanding we are all individuals who socialize in many ways yet joined together uniquely to form a perfect union. Any problem, big or small, within a family, can be resolved if your primary
goal isn’t about winning but being a role model. You never have to resolve an issue in the heat of the moment when emotions are high nor display any public disagreements. It’s best to allow individual feelings to settle so you can listen and get the facts straight. Evil communication corrupts
good manners and unresolved issues start with bad communication. Learn the art of Listening. “When a family is free of abuse and oppression, it can be the place where we share our deepest secrets and stand the most exposed, a place where we learn to feel distinct without being 'better,' and sacrifice for others without
losing ourselves.” “Every single person has capabilities, abilities and gifts. Living a good life depends on whether those capabilities can be used, abilities expressed and gifts given. If they are, the person will be valued, feel powerful and well-connected to the people around them. And
the community around the person will be more powerful because of the contribution the person is making.”

Thank you for acknowledging a month for Black History February is the month of love a time when we celebrate our most vital organ the heart which beats an average of 100,000 times each day. Our emotional heart is very complicated it carries both dark and light places. Our light over rules are darkness with a sweet fragrance that embodies love, forgiveness, compassion, reconciliation and transformation. Knowing love made such a supreme sacrifice for us is uplifting, and the reason why we’re so elated to endure the greatest gift of all Love. We are Hi ~S~tory..and in all parts of the earth Gentile and Jew! We’ve come this far by faith and perseverance, leaning on each other. We must not stop now, for the race is not given to the swift nor the strong but to the one who endures til the end. Will the oppressed become the oppressor or will we continually move forward to our inheritance. The story is written daily, united we stand divided we fall , together we make a difference worldwide!
Page 14
Darkness and light, light forces its way through darkness so when you are traveling down a dark path, u can rest assured light will conqueror your darkness because the illumination of light is your pathway to power, compassion and reconciliation.
The spirit filled Realm has created a world of it’s own, with its own government, officers , citizens and goals. It does not have to go outside the realm of operations; it created a module that has its own rationale and procedures. The whole context of light is about invading darkness, light is not normally turned on in light. When the sun comes up, no other light comes on or is needed. Darkness does not just run it course; it is invaded by the sun and forced to give way to light.
Darkness is not a legitimate existence, as light is, It is the absence of light that passes itself off as lawful and genuine.. The way it accomplish that is through fear, which stirs the imagination and imagery that looks like real substance. It’s presence in the beginning was the result of sinfulness and covered the face of the deep. Remember in scripture in Gen 1:2 the spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters before day one of creation. When order came, darkness always gave way to the will of God.. Today we claim to be Today we claim to be walking in the light, but darkness is all around us which causes us to be in violation of the command let there be light. Lets define walking in light as having a covenant relationship with the laws set before us
In physics class we learned that as an object approaches the speed of light, its mass approaches infinity and time becomes undefined. If God is light, does this explain how he can be everywhere all the time and how a day is as a thousand years and a thousand years is as a day?

What happened to dating in today’s society? Reverend Tyrone E. Barnette is a native of Roxboro, North Carolina. Reverend Barnette is the older of two children born to Charles and Rachael Barnette. He graduated from Person High School in 1983 and continued his education majoring in psychology at North Carolina Central University, a Bachelor of Science in Biblical Studies at Shorter College and currently pursuing a Master of Divinity at New Orleans Theological Seminary. Reverend Barnette accepted the call to ministry in 1985. He was licensed as a Minister of the Gospel on April 13, 1986 at the Shady Hill Baptist Church in Roxboro, North Carolina. He was ordained on February 7, 1993 through Victory Baptist Church in Lithonia, Georgia. In 1992, Reverend Barnette responded to the call of God to plant a new church in the Atlanta area. On February 7, 1993, he and fourteen members formed Peace Baptist Church in his home. Since that time the church has grown to over two thousand (2000) members with an average Sunday attendance of twelve hundred (1200). Currently, the church is recognized as a leader in community based ministry outreach. In the summer of 1996, Reverend Barnette had the opportunity to minister in Brazil, South America and also in Africa where he helped build five churches and saw 1,000 persons give their lives to Christ. Recently he traveled to South Africa and has formed a partnership with several churches in Zululand. He served as the first Afro-American as well as the youngest moderator of the Stone Mountain Association that includes more than eighty-five churches in the area. Reverend Barnette is affiliated with many civic organizations, and is currently Chairman of the Board of Simons Brach, an international missions organization that sends Afro-Americans overseas on mission trips. His supporting and beautiful wife of nineteen years is Tabitha. God has blessed their union with three wonderful children, Joseph, Tallia, and Jonathan, and one granddaughter, Savannah. Reverend Barnette’s greatest desire is to see those who do not know Christ enter into a personal relationship with Him. He strives to equip Christians to be and do their best for the cause of Christ as they learn to walk by God’s spirit. Reverend Barnette’s mission is to reach families in Metropolitan Atlanta and beyond with practical teaching, dynamic worship and need based outreach that extends beyond racial lines. His mission is also to maintain a strong commitment to the Word and personal accountability before God and others…To God be the Glory for the great things He has done, is doing and continues to done, is doing and continues to do in the life of Reverend Tyrone E. Barnette and Peace Baptist Church.

Decrees From Pastor T. Barnett What environment have you created that draw problems to you? How bad do you want Peace in your life,? When you’re ready for deliverance nothing can hold you back you have to ask yourself whose arms are you leaning on. In the bible Joshua 5:13-14 Joshua was about to fight the battle of Jericho. When an angel appeared before him, Joshua asked are you for or against us. The angel say neither but the value in who we are therefore we must unlearn old stupid stuff. Take fast hold of instructions and be assured that his angels are encamped round about you. Surrender to his will and commands for your day to day living. If you’re single for this season you’re called to be celibate which is merely a yoke, but recognize its an easier yoke than the alternative you’re trying to live in now. What is a yoke? Literally, a "yoke" is a device laid across the necks of draft animals to harness them together so they can work as a team, and their load is attached to it. If a yoke wasn't properly attached to the don’t get married. You have to become yoked together. Man is the husband so he is the one that needs to cast out spirits from your house, and what Adam did was allow Eve to destroy divine order in the house. Ask yourself if the man you choose can keep you from a falling angel and men is the woman your choosing want to be the man of the house, you know that’s not the desire of God, lack of respect always causes conflict. The woman is mans daily nutrition she is the nur-
as captain of the host of the Lord I now come, thus saying I’m not going to let you define me in your human content… I’m not going to allow you to pull me down I come to take over. One thing we have to learn is that God sent an angel ahead of us so we may obtain a higher return on the investments he’s made in us and we in him Whenever recession hits we can’t sit at the gate called beautiful we have to rise up and walk, unless you want to go into a spiritual bankruptcy. We must change what
we are sowing in the ground, true investment doesn’t reveal itself until later and the angels will execute the word when you speak it. If you learn how to rest which simply means relief; rest becomes the return on your investment. Isn’t it better to yoke up with him instead of thinking you know more than he does, don’t deceive yourself in that manner you’re mocking God. Allow him to continuously build your portfolio, take his yoke and let him lead you. Sometimes we are so smart that we dismiss
animals, or if the load was too heavy for them to pull, the yoke would chafe the animals painfully and hinder their productivity. The other major figurative meaning refers to the way a yoke places animals side-by-side, so they must both match and move together in order to accomplish anything. This aspect gives rise to the teaching, "Do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers." (2 Corinthians 6:14) ). This teaching is not exclusive to marriage; which requires respect, humility, submission and alignment. Actually it’s
preparation time for marriage. Marriage is hard work, why because it’s hard for me to work with me. The root problem in marriage today is it’s out of alignment with God. We have to let God rule our relationships. When its out of alignment the anointing can’t come, understand the anointing is coming from the head (the husband and if the head isn’t right the anointing can’t fall properly on the household. . Single people listen if a man can’t handle the anointing and you can’t submit don’t get
turer, and the man must be respected not criticized because to him that’s disrespect. Just remember this man is the head and woman is the body if you both do your part God will do the rest. The marriage manual is inside your spouse so be careful. Visualize God’s word root it in your hearts, mind, soul, activate his spiritual guidance in our life, rehearse in your being his con-
trol over your circumstances, totally trust in the power and dominion he has created for your success, remembering His covering is His intimacy He feels for you. Babies are born but mean are created in the Image of God after his likeness. Simply put Love doesn’t hurt.

BLACK HISTORY FROM A KINGS PRESPECTIVE BISHOP HAROLD DAWSON

WE AS A PEOPLE…….WE THE PEOPLE
I
n the last words of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. not twenty four hours before he was assassinated, he spoke words that yet ring in the hearts of people everywhere. “We as a people… will get to the promise land,” on that April night in 1968, in Memphis Tenn. who were the “we as a people” Dr. King envisioned. The boundaries have become so blurred, it has been expanded to include any people, however, on that rainy
night it was very clear he meant and was speaking to black people. He mention having been to the mountaintop and seen the promise land and obviously seen the people who would arrive. Forty four years later, the question needs to be asked, “is this what the people he saw looked like,” it didn’t take Israel this long to get to the land God promised. Are these the people He saw when he viewed the promise land, the state of the men, the children, the family, the murders, abortions, drugs, gangs, prisons and such like captions that speaks about black people. Is this what they fought and died for, the beatings, bombings of churches, our sacred houses of worship disrespected by us, did he see us kneeling at the altars of “abortuaries” in our communities, sagging pants and drive by shootings. Is this what they thought we’d become, without even a compass as to “where we go from here.” It must have been a thought, because Dr. King had a message that became a small book that ask the same question, “Where do we go from here?” The state of things today suggest something went terribly wrong throughout the 70’s, 80’s,90’s and a decade into the new millennium. The focus and the definition of “We as a people,” has been clearly lost, this is not even the black church he described that would house, “We as a people.” I heard from Rev. Fred Shuttlesworth own mouth, the man who brought Dr. King to Birmingham, what it would take to arrive when I asked the question of continuity. He said, “Bishop, it would have to be spiritual, nothing but the Spirit of God could possibly do it!” Then he went to some personal things that were problematic in the movement then, that has become full-blown now. Here was the man that I watched in the 60’s who so personified courage, you’d think he was not from around here. I felt like a son when he receive instructions from the father, I then had this feeling, I wish I had spent more time with him when he invited me to come to Cincinnati. One thing I did learn was this is a different dispensation and we, the sons of the movement, were supposed to emerge a different piece from the same fabric. But somehow something went awry and I know what it is. At his home-going service October 24, 2011 which was recognized from the White House to throughout the country, after his name the next word mentioned from every speaker was “courageous.” There is no way sons of the movement could emerge claiming to be sons without an undaunted, lionhearted stance. That is the same spirit that was a standard-bearer in our churches during that era and why what has become spiritual weakness was not tolerated.
Page 19
In order to move into the era that would continue the struggle, there would have to be a change in the vessels charged with the responsibility of continuing the fight. Another reason why we can’t expect white people to weigh in, they don’t see their lives as the struggle or anything to fight for and why should they when they already have it. To ask black people to cease, is to assume they already have it and have arrived, but this is not the…”We as a people.” At almost every juncture black people won any ground, they were always asked,” Are we there yet?” Constant reminders you should stop any protest now! And we wonder why the white church doesn’t say anything about nothing, but they don’t have to, it is our fight! It is a spiritual one, a fight that demands a change on our part, if it is to be completed. Vision 2000 (V2K) dares to cast a shadow throughout the rest of the millennium, because it is an inheritance out of the Hamitic covenant that guides the way. It has unselfish purpose planned out until Jesus return and has unique participation in His return. Hamitic involvement is an all-inclusive plan concerned with the welfare of black people until Christ return. The prophetic guidelines are clear and it covers, protects and secure Hamitic people throughout the millennium. Elisha the prophet was protected when the king of Syria tried to capture and kill him, he prayed and God struck them with blindness. Elisha then led them to the king of Israel as his captives, notice the irony, a trade mark of God. One man, a prophet, did what an entire army could not do. One might ask then with all our worship, why aren’t we able to secure this kind power for our situations. Because we want to use God like a lucky charm or rabbit’s foot and assign Him to our whims, His purpose does not matter. His purpose is to keep us happy, we seemed to have concluded, healthy and prosperous and we would run to hear a dragon tell us how to get to it. Seems ludicrous doesn’t it, but it is exactly what we’re doing. If you were to ask the average Christian about a Hamitic covenant, they probably wouldn’t know what you’re talking about, then proceed to tell you it is heresy to consider it. Strange, God has something for everybody but black people, think about what that does to the psyche of black people. The unspoken emotions that tends to speak into every situation in life, factor in the people who say what you feel isn’t there or is not true. The unveiling of this covenant will reveal what has happened to black people and more important is how to correct it. The regathering of black men will bring new found strength to the church, home and our communities. This revelation attacks the very core of the problem and as such addresses the symptoms we are all very familiar with, it sheds a great deal of light on the common denominator. The fragmentation of black people and the tendency to do so, as well as the spirit that cause this phenomenon is the focus of Vision 2000 (V2K) and all from the perspective of biblical authority. The concentration of gathering a collective group that can be called,” We As A People” is the only unit capable of contending with the opposing forces to our progress. Otherwise we are dragging unfit pieces of human likeness that doesn’t belong to anything and defined by nothing to a party we weren’t even invited. Our focus should be, “We As A People,” which upon completion will solidify a synthesis of, “We The People.” Look for more from this great King: Lifeline The Movement is coming and designed to change the way we live, think, and perform. No longer will you be able to live under what someone else told you. The revelation will come after you get a grasp of “true” covenant. The Hamitic Covenant answers questions in more definitive terms with an air of distinction that solemnly resolves the orphan heart with divine directions of original intent. A disclosure that was intentionally hidden for the purposes of exploitation and control, to establish pseudo-superiority and the dogma of supremacy even in the name of God. However, there is a covenant so rich in content, it resolves the problem of black men, while possessing the healing element of a nation

by Bishop Harold Dawson Sr. PRECIOUS STONES: THE MESSAGE BLACK WOMEN HAVE NEVER HEARD, BUT WILL CHANGE THEIR LIFE
Ain’t Goin Study War No More If I wish to punish a province, I would have it governed by philosophers, said Frederick (II) The Great. The beginning of philosophy is incredulity, which is not just unbelief as many would say or skepticism, it is as most often in philosophy an unwillingness to believe. In discovery to disprove something and evidence suggest the opposite, there are those who will continue investigation until there is an answer they will accept. That is not philosophy or scientific, yet entire disciplines, courses and careers have been built on the same fallacious ground. All that is necessary, is to quote a few academics along the way and enough support has been generated to carry an idea a few more generations. Just talking has gained a great following, many join the herd, because admittedly it pays well.
Looking for Trouble There were two brothers, opposites as one would often find them. One who was the ideal son, never in any trouble, one parents could be proud of. One who was rather mischievous, often having to be chastised whether at school or home. The high-spirited youngster was late coming home one night and the father sent the well-mannered brother out looking for him. He searched everywhere looking for his brother and couldn’t find him anywhere. He knew his father would be very angry if he came home without his younger brother. It was not long before the police pulled up and said its late, time for you to be at home. He said “I can’t go home yet,” the officer replied you had better get off these streets. Sir, I can’t go home right now.

hen God created you, he created you with such a impetuous embrace, He knew His thought would require, His amazing grace, covered with tender loving mercies and crowned with loves kindness
When God created you such a beautiful thing, the angels in heaven begin to sing…how excellent, the likeness of his glory how wonderful, so supreme; what great joy His image would bring.. You’re constantly on His mind He designed your destiny for today, it’s time. He loves you so much that he promised victory in everything you touched. Yet he was aware your human limitations would assail with a barrage of facts and desires, an increase of your trust is required, that in your greatest moment of need, praise and the warm embrace of worship would help you to succeed. When a man loves a woman he looks upon her with admiration, much like the worshipper God created ( Ezekiel 28:12-17 and Isaiah 14:12-14, claiming that Satan was once an angelic musician; a great worship leader of Heaven ) you are satan’s legation. Worship is the cleansing of the imagination a product of mutual admiration, it is inspiration to the marrow of the bone and leads you to never alone.

forming a unified whole, thereby taking the focus odd you intently focusing on God the Creator whose Spirit moved over the faces of the waters and gather the sea into their places while directing the course of the rivers flowing in your dreams. We obtain the hook up simply by acknowledging you as our King. You robed us with your garment pristine air, then breath into each of us a vision already prepared. Whenever the storms of life come to impair our tripartite natures vision, the Godhead listen to our weapon of praise, and stills the storm to a whisper. You’re God’s illustration so you never have to stay or partake of a one way relationship, because when He created you He presented himself with a Precious gift. Ladies and Gentlemen if anyone should call you anyhing else throw your hands in the air and say YDAH...You Dumb As Hell,,,

Muhammad Ali's Advice To His Daughters An incident transpired when Muhammad Ali’s daughters arrived at his home wearing clothes that were quite revealing. Here is the story as told by one of his daughters: When we finally arrived, the chauffeur escorted my younger sister, Laila, and me up to my father's suite. As usual, he was hiding behind the door waiting to scare us. We exchanged many hugs and kisses as we could possibly
give in one day. My father took a good look at us. Then he sat me down on his lap and said something that I will never forget. He looked me straight in the eyes and said, "Hana, everything that God made valuable in the world is covered and hard to get to. Where do you find diamonds? Deep down in the ground, covered and protected. Where do you find pearls? Deep down at the bottom of the ocean, covered up
and protected in a beautiful shell. Where do you find gold? Way down in the mine, covered over with layers and layers of rock. You've got to work hard to get to them." He looked at me with serious eyes. "Your body is sacred. You're far more precious than diamonds and pearls, and you should be covered too." LEXIS GARRETT STODGHILL writes Mataano, a line launched in 2008 by Somali twins Ayaan and Idyl Mohallim, is still in its infancy stages, but has already received high praise. Oprah gave them her seal of approval on her eponymous show the same year Mataano premiered. Since then, their releases have been lauded by outlets as varied as Vogue Italia and The New York Times. In their sixth collection, the Mataano Spring 2013 show displayed a gentle aesthetic. “We went back to a softer, girlier path for Spring,” Idyl Mohallim told the Grio about the sisters’ inspiration. “The starting point was the beach — from the collection’s color palette, which consists of Ocean Mist, Green Coral, White Yacht, Sand and Sun –to the spare, no-frills silhouettes. We wanted the kind of easy, flowy pieces women can throw in their suitcases when traveling to the beaches of Malibu, Mombasa or St. Barts.” With marquee models such as Sessilee Lopez and Ayan Elmi leading the pack, the runway display was certainly breezy and feminine. Lanky women dazzled in translucent, simple separates. “We showed dresses in color-blocked silk, loose fitting pants with ultra-wide legs, breezy organza tops and silk, printed dresses,” Mohallim detail

very day, firefighters and police officers put their lives on the line to protect our community. We see them often as they drive around town or as they sit in restaurants eating along side us. We grasp that they respond to emergencies and that they are there to help us in our hour of need. But we often don’t fully grasp the dangers lurking for first responders. That is especially the case when it comes to firefighters. This is crazy...We neeed to do something about these darn bullets and guns...Stop the madness ! No regard for life ..everyday people shooting others for no reason. How do u shoot firefighters coming to the rescue!~ Authorities say four firefighters were shot, two of them killed while responding to a house fire in western New York Monday members morning. The dead are Lt. Mike Chiapperini, 43, a volunteer firefighter and Webster Police Department’s public information officer, and firefighter Tomasz Kaczowka, who graduated high school last year. When do our lawmakers come to grips with the sacrifices of our first responders fireman, children, family members and friends, decided to find the means necessary to put a lid on weapons or the ammunition used to slay innocent people. These tragedies give me the notion since its not their family being harmed it has little significance. The purpose behind this shooting is as meaningless as the shooting itself. Some sacrifices are made so that you can see the severity of the problem and make changes. Sad but what else can it be. It’s terrible all those innocent children lives were taken as well as the fear and anxiety of the aftermath from the Sandy shooting; which shocked the nation to make this country take a look at Gun laws and the constitution, The argument that guns do not kill, true, but automobiles do not kill without the misdirection of a errant driver BUT we have laws to protect against their misuse. The production of motor vehicles is also controlled by standards designed to make them safer. We are not going to change the actions of certain individuals BUT we can limit the availability of these assault type weapons to curb the effects of their misuse. Also arming teachers in schools is not going to solve the problem in the streets, or officers, and firemen going to defuse a situation in a home. Gun Ammunition in America is a leading weapon of mass destruction. Whenever a problem arises a solution is not inevitable, neither do we need a bargaining debate, but it does call for the meeting of the hearts mind to come up with an effective solution. Yes we must applaud the men and women who do this dangerous work every day and they deserve our thanks but most importantly we must change the influence money has over protection. We need to quickly abandon self destruction. Perhaps if the front door at Sandy Hook Elementary was bullet proof glass or the firemen having weapon proof clothing this may have all been prevented. It’s clear many of us feel that guns should only be in the hands of people who need them for productive purposes but since we don't live in that type of world all we can really focus on is how to minimize this. I concur we have enough technology that we already use in our lives to construct a way to eliminate the use of firearms in areas. A guns firing pin does not have to be operated mechanically. Digital guns could be a solution Guns that cannot be operated by civilians in areas by the use of GPS satellites. We have so much technology wrapped up in cell phones and tracking devices that if engineered into firearms we can control where firearms can be used. Every day a member of this country is slain foolishly disarms us as a strong nation, More sadness more gun violence when will it end? My prayers to the families of our fallen heroes.

From A Man’s Perspective What happened to dating in today’s society? Greetings and Happy New Year to you all, I pray that your holidays were a great one. I want to start this year off with a fresh perspective coming from a man’s point of view. Recently I took a poll via my Facebook page to see what was the hottest gossip talk among women and the most talked about topic was men and dating, well I am about to keep it real with you from a man’s perspective. Dating in our society regardless of what racial background you are, is becoming a thing of the past. Now days it seems that going out on dates have taken a back seat in our society. Casual sex is taking over!. You ask why make that assumption well glad you asked. Here it is, in today’s world going out to dinner, movies, comedy clubs, live music etc is becoming a thing of the past, The dating game now consist of hanging out in the clubs with your partner (especially when its lady’s night). Suddenly that person appears and attracts your eye . You have that sense your feeling each other so the approach is made. You decide to grab a drink together, exchange numbers, call the number to be on the safe side. The next day you send a text, when can I see you again is usually the first text, the second text is when are you free, the next text is right now, the text after that is well I am at home chilling, the next one goes well can I slide on you and catch a movie, and then she say yeah, and give her address to him, he come over, maybe bring a bottle of peach ciroc, they cuddle and watch a movie, get to kissing and fondling each other next thing you know yawl having sex. Usually this scenario happens 7 out of 10 times and then after the sex is over, he usually go home, don’t text anymore for about 2-3 more days and then the same routine, to the point where all you become is the booty call in his phone to him and then while you sitting there at home calling on your girlfriends trying to talk it out and see why he treating you that way, it is because you have allowed him to get into your head and get your most prize possession and that is your body, without even working for it . Well in today’s society, most people do not watch movies Reality Shows have become extremely popular. As we can see audio/visual media plays a huge part in our dating society, because many people look up to rappers, singers and reality stars as if they are the best thing going now days. I remember growing up in the 80’s and 90’s, we had shows on television like The Cosby Show, Family Ties etc, these shows were about family life, it was not about sex and violence. Ladies if you want a man to respect you as a woman, you have to first respect yourself and stop stooping to the lowest standard just to say you got a man or a half a piece of man. I was always taught that
Ladies if you want a man to respect you as a woman, you have to first respect yourself and stop stooping to the lowest standard just to say you got a man or a half a piece of man. I was always taught that if you want respect, you must first give it. If you meet a man and all he want to do is text your phone all day or just come to your house, have sense enough to say “Hey if you want me, you need to take me out on a date and not to the club or to your house, or come over my house, but a real date”. I guarantee you, either he will come correct or don’t come at all. Also you don’t have to dress half naked for a man to want you or respect you, most real men aren’t attracted to a woman who dresses provocative a lot, they view that type of woman as a right now woman. I often hear men and women say that previous men and women who were in that person life before you came, kind of ruined them, I must admit speaking from my own personal dating life, I once blamed every woman I ran into after a bad break up and convinced myself that all women were no good, so I am just going to use them for sex and keep moving, all the while, I was hurting myself even more and then hurting the women I encountered during that period of my life, because while I was busy hurting them, I could have missed out on a good woman because of my stubbornness, but I came to myself and senses and realized that because one person hurt me, don’t mean I have to let others get hurt or allow myself to hurt them. I became less of a man or gentleman that I am. By doing this people keep up guards so instead of just accepting the fact and moving, on you just simply say hey I need to have sex, so I am going to call someone just for that or allow yourself to be someone sexual partner without dating. I think Abstinent dating exists but you yourself have to get out there and mix and mingle with people and see what is out there. I get so sick and tired of church people who always say “ I am waiting on God to send me my mate” I am sorry to burst your bubble, God just do not send people to your doorbell, wrapped in a bow saying I am a present from God, I am your mate. It just do not work that way, you have to be prepared for your season trust me there are some good men available for so many of you. You don’t have to be father and mother just learn how to follow, get out the house and fix yourself up , mix and mingle, a little and be protective of your preciousness. So in closing remember if you want a man to respect you...Ladies have some respect for yourself. A Wise woman builds her house but a foolish woman will tear it down. God has a husband for you, keep following and I will reveal it to you as he unveils it to me.

Women do love their high heels, but if you wear them all the time, significant foot pain and other problems can ensue, either as a direct result of the heels or exacerbated by them," says Morris Morin, DPM, director of podiatric medicine at the Hackensack University Medical Center.
Problems range from common concerns like bunions, corns, and calluses to more complex issues like misshapen hammertoes or that excruciating pain in the ball of the foot that seems to grow worse with each passing year. Still, many women refuse to give up their high heels: A survey conducted by the American Podiatric Medical Association showed some 42% of women admitted they'd wear a shoe they liked even if it gave them discomfort; 73% admitted already having a shoe-related foot issue. So what's the answer? Doctors say if you must wear them at all, take a few precautions, and catch and treat problems early on. If you do, you'll not only avoid many high-heel problems, but you'll make the time you spend in spikes a happier day for your feet. High Heels and Foot Pain:
What You Should Know Anytime you wear shoes that are tight or constrict the natural shape of your foot, doctors say it's bound to cause foot pain. But when you add high heels in to the equation, podiatrist Stuart Mogul, DPM, says pain can quickly escalate to damage. "In addition to restricting the foot, you are also increasing the weight on the area that is restricted, so you're not only crushing your toes, but you're crushing them and then putting weight on them, and that's a problem," says Mogul. Among the most common problems he sees are painful, aching bunions -- those bony protrusions that usually pop up at the base of the big toe and distort the shape of the foot. "High heels don't cause bunions, but they sure can aggravate them. Both the heel height and the point of the shoe can play a role," says Mogul. Moreover, he says some women who have bunions also have a displaced bone on the bottom of the big toe joint, which changes the way the foot "tracks" or acts during motion. If the foot is then placed in a high heel, and pitched forward, the pressure on these bones increases and bunion pain grows worse," he says.

7 Money Mindset Myths That Are Keeping You Poor Budgeting and managing your money is never a happy experience – IF you’re in the red. Yet, if you’re like most people, there are 7 common money mindset myths that are keeping you that way. Change your mind and change your numbers. This sounds simple, but it works.
Money Mindset Myth #1 – A Penny Saved Is A Penny Earned Not losing that penny by saving it is helpful, but it takes so much more than not giving that penny to the cashier to create meaningful wealth. In addition to
Money Mindset Myth #3 – Budgeting Saves Me Money As noble as that might be, it isn’t accurate. Write everything you earn, subtract everything you spend, and allot a certain amount toward your saving. Then you’re gold, right? No, not really. You can record your pluses and minuses all day, but if you’re not acting on what you wrote, your budget means nothing. Carefully plot and plan, then follow through investments. Fail to take SMART risks with your money, and you will keep the blooms from blossoming on the branches of your money tree. Stock valuations are volatile, but individual investors can still profit on the expansion of the economy by buying into a broadly diversified index fund that tracks the total market as long as they have a long term vision. Know a good investment when you see it, and be smart enough to make it.

Assets determine your worth, and if you want to grow your financial portfolio, you must find a way to start saving while you invest to increase your assets at the same time. Money Mindset Myth #7 – My Today Is Taken Care Of Too many people live in the moment. In today’s economy, it’s difficult to look past now to see the promise of tomorrow. Yet, right now is when it’s essential to plan ahead. What will your reserves be like as you head into retirement? Not putting away what you can now is a near guarantee that you’ll not have enough when you need it in the future. Start saving into a retirement fund today so you can start planning for future success.

Your daily dose of history: on this day 99 years ago, Henry Ford announced a minimum wage of $5 for employees. Read more: http:// nyti.ms/UTH2tv It shocked many, since the standard wage at the time for factory workers was about half that, but it helped Ford decrease turnover and increase morale. Do you think we need higher minimum wage today? COMMENTS: T.H.A...Yes, min.wage should be @ $15.00 an hr.. Try living off of anything less. This is why the good-old-days were so darn good. We had GOOD wages, benefits & job security ( UNIONS ) L.R...The cost of living is double, we need to earn the money to accommodate the price of living! K.E.T. It's also noteworthy to say, that Henry Ford was the first man to us Hemp fuel in is Model Ford. Some parts of the car were actually made of hemp also. If we did that again, maybe this country could afford to pay a living wage. L.A‌... I like how so many people read the short description and never actually read the article; however, formed an opinion without being fully informed. The workers made $5.00 a day, not per hour (seriously are people that gullible or stupid to think they were getting paid nearly the equivalent of $100.00 in today's money per hour?) That's about $0.63 an hour (for an 8 hour day). If that were twice the normal, then the average wage was about 32 cents an hour. Richest Black Woman In The World, Folorunsho Alakija, Was A Major Fashion Designer In Africa The Huffington Post | By Julee Wilson We didn't think it was possible, but Oprah Winfrey has been dethroned as the richest black woman in the world. The new leading lady is oil baronessFolorunsho Alakija from Nigeria. While drilling oil has reportedly made the 61-year-old owner of FAMFA Oil Limited a very rich woman -- she is estimated to be worth at least $3.2 billion -- Alakija started her ascent to financial supremacy in fashion. Born into a wealthy family, Alakija studied fashion design in England back in the '80s and soon after founded the Nigerian clothing label Supreme Stitches. Her one-of-a-kind creations were worn by the who's who of African society, quickly making her the premier fashion designer in the West African country. In fact, she has been called one of the "pioneers of Nigerian fashion" and stays connected to the industry through the Fashion Designers Association of Nigeria (FDAN). The well-heeled businesswoman and philanthropist made the switch to oil in 1993 and the rest is history. From the images we were able to dig up of Alakija, she is quite the fashion plate (read: eccentric dresser). But when you've out-earned the Queen of All Media by approximately $500 million, you're allowed to wear whatever you want. Ventures Africa reports that Alakija owns at least $100 million in real estate and a $46 million private jet. And can you imagine what her closets look like? Move over, Imelda Marcos! Check out Alakija looking very lovely (and rich) on the November 2012 cover of Geneieve magazine in a dress by Iconic Invanity.
President Barack Obama is the first president in more than five decades to win at least 51 percent of the national popular vote twice, according to a revised vote count in New York eight weeks after the Nov. 6 election. The president nationally won 65.9 million votes — or 51.1 percent — against Republican challenger Mitt Romney, who took 60.9 million votes and 47.2 percent of the total cast, according to data compiled by Bloomberg. President Obama is the first president to achieve the 51 percent mark in two elections since Republican Dwight D. Eisenhower, who did it in 1952 and 1956, and the first Democrat to do so since Franklin D. Roosevelt, who won four consecutive White House races. Roosevelt received 53.4 percent of the vote — his lowest — in his last race in 1944. While Obama’s national vote percentage fell by about 2 points from four years ago, he improved on his 2008 performance in six states, including New York, where his 63.3 percent was the best by any presidential nominee since 1964, and New Jersey, where his 58.3 percent was the best by a Democratic White House hopeful since 1964.

I decided to wash today, put all my pain and sorrow together and wash it down the drain. I grabbed the sack of tears I piled up for years and threw it in there first. I had a thing called low self-esteem I kept that in my purse. The feeling of loneliness, the depression and negative thinking are messy things I sprayed them down with oxi clean. And to the side I found the tarnished heart, broken stained and falling apart. I needed to gather all of these things because in order for me to be happy I needed to be totally clean I threw in communication, trust, no affection and being powerless you see I no longer want to be dirty I’m determined to be stain free. I poured extra soap and a little bleach for the stains left upon my heart. Today is the beginning of my brand new start I piled up my agony and sorrow and washed it down the drain I been washed no longer will I wear those stains I soaked up relief and dried in freedom when I washed the pain away.

I grew up as a Pastor’s daughter; I faced much traumatic abuse inside and outside of the family. Yet I gained a true and strong relationship with my Heavenly Father”. She gives a horrifying account seasoned with ironic humor of being robbed by a guy who was once the “Nerd of the Neighborhood”. She gives a moving and teaching testimony in these words “My God I thought he was gonna kill me! I was at work at the Bonded Gas Station on Elm Street; my boss thought I had something to do with the robbery. I was covered by the Grace of God and didn’t know it”. My God I thought he was gonna kill me! I was at work at the Bonded Gas Station on Elm Street; my boss thought I had something to do with the robbery. Stay At Home Mom Pursues Her Passion In Helping Others Become Free
“I like to tell people that freedom isn’t free because many people before us paid a high price for us to have this thing we take for granted called “freedom”. Moor explains, “When talking about freedom, some people think freedom is a physical form. No, that’s not what I’m talking about, it’s a mental freedom.” This dynamic account of her life story not only shares her trials and triumphs, but it encourages others that if she can get through these things, you can too. Many people tend to give up before they reach victory. Moor continues, “There are more people bound mentally than there are physically. I wrote Free with the hopes of freeing everyone mentally.” Free? by Senoia Moor is now available for purchase via www.booksbysenoiamoor.com for only $15.00 (ISBN#9781481098120). It is a selfpublished book through Create space. Senoia Moor is a pen name that the author, Lisa Dixon used because she wanted to get the message across with the readers. She wanted to focus on the message and not the method or peoples’ lifestyles. Because it is an autobiography, there were people’s lives that she didn’t want to bring harm or negativity to.
Dixon was interviewed on TV-57’s Atlanta Live. She is available for book signings, interviews, and speaking engagements. She can be contacted at (678)468-0715 or emailed at lisadixon9691@yahoo.com. This autobiographical account of a young woman’s struggle to get free from physical, emotional, and spiritual bondage will captivate you. Experience with her the life-changing events that preceded her incarceration and that played out while she was in prison. Although real and raw, this story is uplifting for those who have experienced gang life or drug trafficking, as well as for those who can only imagine what it’s like to be entangled in urban street drama and the vicious cycle of violence and injustice. Through the saving grace of a loving God, our heroine was delivered from her plight even before she was released. She is sharing her story to encourage others who may be bound, even without being locked up. Her experience is riveting, as she delicately brings you through her pain, fear, and anger, then ultimately shares her overwhelming joy and peace. You’re invited to take this
journey from the bondage of deception through years of imprisonment to the true freedom and liberty from the physical, emotional, and spiritual chains that seek to enslave us all.
